So this is now the point where the votes should be restarted because it's now a bit (not a native englishman so I don't have the exact word I would have when I could write in Germany) weird..
Because people think now otherwise even though no one has said you can't vote for Germany "thinking about" is not "you are not allowed to vote for Belgium, Italy, Spain, France and Germany".
So I would suggest to restart the votes and ban the 4 countries plus Germany or the people should edit their votes how they would have voted because of the first post where just 4 nations are banned.
Because this is now not a even/normal/fair ongoing vote to be honest.

What the fuck are you on about?
It was an oversight that Germany wasnt included on the ineligible list in the first place, no need for every German manager, or manager with a German sprinter, to throw a hissy fit because Im not going to add a 2nd flat German classic. (And 3rd German ProTour race)
I wonder why I bothered setting up a vote if people are just going to complain
