Hmm... A shame that you didn't get a wildcard for the cobbled classics, Vanmarcke is a nice Top 10 contender... He just lacks support a bit...

Sorry but beyond Vanmarcke i didnt see AXA as a worthwhile spot. On the plus side you can focus heavily on the CT races which is more likely to bring you promotion 
It is a nice looking team with a fair few good riders that i like.
Oh and the Giro was so over subscribed. After the Italians were in there weren't a lot of spaces left.

I get why you made the decision but I guess I'm just a bit annoyed that I only got 1 wildcard. I mean just getting 1 more would have been good

Team Awarded Wildcards After Teams Pull Out
Team AXA have recently told the public about their disappointment at the UCPCI. After today the no longer feel that way as a few teams have lost their spot in the Ronde Van Vlaanderan, Paris - Roubaix and the Giro d'Italia. Axa was awarded these 3 races along with their already chosen Wildcard, Criterium du Dauphine. The team is very excited to test themselves against the best teams in the world and are not expected to give up easily. Well we will keep you posted.

I felt Vanmarcke should get a chance to get a decent finish at top level.
