Down Under Classic
MCC Goal:
The team would like to start the season good, but taking care the winner of the last 2 edition, I would consider a top 15 a good result.
GP Kathmandu
Team:
Remy Di Gregório
Robert Vrecer
Daniel Eduardo Silva
Juan Mora
Tom Criel
Fabricio Ferrari
Nikita Umerbekov
MCC Goal:
For this race, I would like a top 10 or even a top 5. It finishes downhill, so we call ''Fast Finisher'' Mora to do his job.

January Review
The 1st month of the season of cycling for us is over. Two races only, the two of them beeing one day classics. Let's start with the Down Under Classic.
Down Under Classic
Results:
15th Alex Ciocan
17th Tiziano Dall'Antonia
56th Peter Williams
61st Roy Eefting
64th Jose Mojica
73th Eugenio Alafaci
97th Lawson Craddock
139th Stefano Pirazzi
Review:
We had some tough oponents here, but I think we did a good job. I put has a goal a top 15 and we did it, but not from the rider I expected. Ciocan surprised me and finish ahead of Dall'Antonia in the race. In the end, we collected 20 points from this race.
GP Kathmandu
Umerbekov in the BOTD
Results:
6th Robert Vrecer
10th Daniel Eduardo Silva
22th Juan Mora
29th Tom Criel
43th Remy Di Gregório
44th Nikita Umerbekov
64th Fabricio Ferrari
Review:
Once again, the team surprised me. Vrecer did a great job together with Silva for both to finish in the top 10, wich made our first top 10 in the season. Umerbekov also did extremely good, showing the jersey and showing Cisco that he's a bet for the future. Mora kinda disapointed me, but probably not the best form for him yet. In the end of this race, we collected 28 points for the GC, wich makes a grand total for the month of 48 points.
Rider of the Month:
Robert Vrecer
Vrecer crossing the finish line in 6th at Kathmandu
Young Rider of the Month:
Nikita Umerbekov
Umerbekov at the BOTD in Kathmandu
Surprise Rider of the Month:
Alex Ciocan
Back, there we see him cross the line in front of Dall'Antonia |

The Emerald Race
Team:
Tiziano Dall'Antonia
Juan Mora
Maky Roman
Roy Eefting
Nikita Umerbekov
Stefano Pirazzi
Peter Williams
Team's Goal:
The route fits Dall'Antonia, so probably we'll have a chance here to win. If Dall'Antonia fails, probably Mora will be the option.
Giro del Trentino
Team:
Remy Di Gregório
Robert Vrecer
Daniel Eduardo Silva
Juan Mora
Maky Roman
Tom Criel
Jose Mojica
Fabricio Ferrari
Team's Goal:
The TTT, the team's biggest nightmare. We take our full moutain squad here, so I would like a top 20in the GC or a rider in the breakways to fight for the KOTM jersey.
Gisborne GP
Team:
Daniel Eduardo Silva
Fabricio Ferrari
Eugenio Alafaci
Nikita Umerbekov
Stefano Pirazzi
Lawson Craddock
Peter Williams
Team's Goal:
After Daniel Silva result, I would like the same, so top 10 is the goal. I would like to see Alafaci showing himself in his main ground.

If you get Top 10 at Giro del Trentino, that would be quite a shock result I have to say. Nice teams for all three races, good luck in all of them mate, you should do well in definitely two of those races

Just realized I sent a team full of sprinters to the uphill finishing Emerald Race. That is probably a mistake, sigh. Dall'Antonia should do well there.
Trentino will be a difficult one, though the mountain squad has nice depth, I just think the top level of climbers will be too much for Maky, Vrecer and co, but who knows. If Rodas can beat Marzano and Arroyo certainly Vrecer could beat some of the top PCT climbers, though to do it in 3 straight mountain stages is asking a lot.

So I'll change it, top 10 does seems exagerated. |

Nice ambitious goal for Trentino, i like it, you need to be ambitious and scare opponents. However our team with Popovych is not much scared.
But anything can happen, maybe surprise attack can bring you great result...
