I think it's looking good. It makes good sense to gather the efforts in one game.
Perhaps for the WC managers could apply for positions as managers for the NT.

I don't think we should add in regions, as it is unfair on some countries, and there should be something about stats increasing.
Like the rest though 
Also, I will happily do jersey requests for as many people who want if this game becomes live
Edit: I forgot, IMO Goals influencing your budget is the best part of the MG, and I know his want's to be different but I think that would be a great addition

I like the goals for points/money as well, but it would probably make it too similar to the man game.

I think it's a good idea, as long as people are going to commit and make sure it actually progresses rather than fizzling out like most games. The theory however is brilliant and if we can do so at this point, i'd like to send in my application:

this is just discussing ideas.
Regions - Having looked into it a bit more, i will remove the regions over nations thing. But the general point of having a certain percentage of the squad the same nationality as the sponsors will stay. It will still give bonuses for being over that percent.
Stats - I did mention stats, its in the RP aspect. Its part of the compromise of putting several games into one. And its really easy to admin and deal with from an 'owner' side.
Goals - Goals will not be linked to budget, as that is a direct copy of the Man-Game, and this is not the Man-Game. While it is a great part of the Man-Game this has to be different, otherwise there is no point in it. Teams can set their own goals, but they wont be linked to anything.

Totally agree with the nations thing btw, the region thing just did make it unfair
And about the goals: We can always make some goals ourself in our HQ, but just without benefit.

Well... actually... both... 
But the problem is: My 'hunger' for custom seasons is still there, since no custom season I participated in was really successfull, because it stopped after a few races...
@Manx I've got a question. You can't be sure to get a cyclist in the draft. So what if someone is unlucky and ends up with just 20 % of his cyclists of the team's country? He can't do much about that I guess...
