The rule is most certainly fair and i am surprised that it wasn't implemented a lot earlier

Personaly I think that making one merged thread of all the different team stories will result in a chaotic mess.
Seperate forum sites will be a pain, I don't want to register on x different sites here.
Still standing by the suggestion of 1 subforum on PCM, should that be possible

Migrating the games completely to other forums will weaken both the games and this forum as people will have to check two places in stead of one. Subforum would be amazing - cause the story sections could use a clean-up...
Edit:
And then a general request to consider the necessity of single-HQ threads. In Cyclist League it make sense as they are used for reports/roleplaying in e.g. The Nations World Tour single team HQ's would not make sense as they are not as such used in the game

Maybe that's stupid but why not unite all the existing league in a new one that could be used for who don't take part at Man-Game and create a sort of a secondary league of Man-Game? In this case there would be only a subforum and as for the owner-reporter: they will be one of the managers of a team in this league

Well we don't need that much, but the general consensus from the PCM CL is that we would like to stay on this forum

I think because they have different focus. I like the idea of Welwyns Nations World Tour and I like the roleplaying bit about PCMCL.
Other than those I agree that one Mini-Man-Game would suffice (and I think only one will survive)...

i was re-reading the PSG (psuedo man-game) today to see who i could improve MFS, and frankly it made me want to restart from scratch with a full draft, total custom teams, more teams, more races, wildcards the whole lot!!
I could probably find a way to introduce a rpg aspect as well for those who like that aspect as well!
I even starting writing up a set of rules i got that into the idea... Should have finished my essay instead, but oh well, does mean if people got on board it could "start" soon.

I know that there are differents ideas but like you said if we would create a one league there won't be so much spam in story section and probably there will be a new interesting (and maybe more beatiful) management game that will survive for more than one year...
@TMM
I think would be great and i could help you: like i said if this will be the only every "players" could help you making this new PSG interesting and funny. Then Crue True may give you the approval and you could start this league in a subforum...

I agree that we should have as few leagues as possible. In my opinion PCMCL-structure has it all in the way that you can choose to be either manager or player. If this could be implemented in a new even grander league fusing together PCMCL, Manx, (Jakstar and others?) like ManxMissile suggest I would be all-in
My point was more that it wouldn't be possible to have both a Nations World Tour and a Classic Teams World Tour in the same, and I don't think we should rule out that new original ideas, that can't be easily built in to another game should be excluded.
And I think the games would sit best in a Sub-forum to keep the Story-section dedicated to stories. I have always felt like they didn't quite fit bit had nowhere else to go...

Would definitely need help to do it!
I can manage organization, but reporting is a pain at times, and time consuming.
I'll leave it open to see if people would be interested in one "giant PMG thing"...
Could probably squeeze some national aspect in as well to incorporate all the current fantasy games

Manx: I would be in on a giant Custom league thing and wouldn't mind helping in the extent DB-compatibility would allow it.
Perhaps all you game-organizers should put your heads together and come out with one both amazing and doable scenario.
I think the Nations thing should be kept separate as a small gimmick (for obvious reasons it won't have transfers and stuff) and after all it only uses on thread so it's hardly spamming
