Certain as in "uncertain" as in sometimes people with 69 FL/HI/MO make it home in a breakaway and win.

Its not too hard to do well with somone with 69 hill, Pliuschin for example, has 69 hill and i can regularly get top 10s at least in hilly races with him.

They are one of the smaller teams and dont have loads of talent but being french helps and they are not the worst team in the game imo

I manage BTL and have witnessed 52 victories by mid-september in the 2007 season. Thats 19 more than any other team. Johann Tschopp will progress to a mountain ability of 79 if you work him right (and a TT of 71, meaning he has credentials for big tour wins), and Pierrick Fedrigo will get to 77 on hills at least with a bit of thinking. Voeckler is my 3rd best rider IMO. |

I can play with Boygues in sprinting if i stay the first year in Pro Tour then i have no problem managing them
