In a way sad to see Langkawi, San Luis and Burgos go but these courses have become tired and predictable.
Which is why Burgos was not even HC last season But indeed, the PCM12 routes for Langkawi and San Luis werent suitable for HC - and that is what it mainly comes down to for HC, I pick by the profiles, while ensuring all continents are represented.
Eastern Europe doesnt exactly have a huge amount of choice for races, and none suited what I wanted for the HC calendar. Plus, with quite a few Eastern European CT teams it didnt make too much sense to make an Eastern European race HC where they most likely cant then ride it! Just wait for the C1/C2 calendars Avin, Miggi and co
PCT teams are allowed to race less than 12 if they really dont want to ride 12, but considering relegation this season, it could be a little foolish to turn down a chance to ride in races offering the most points!

I thought this would be the case, thanks for it, i am looking forward to it.
We will try to dominate the C.1,C.2 eastern european races then
At least those Oleg will not destroy with his russian legion.
But as you suggested, Metinvest will for sure take place in most possible HC races, as it is greatly rewarded and prestigious.

No ITT classic, and no TTT classic?
I kid, the days of Dyson are long gone around here. Corsica International is certainly going to be a target for us, if we can get a few French climbers who can TT, and we will have to see what the profiles are before we choose the other races. |

I do hope you dont think HC races are the only races you get to ride

I don't. I was just hoping for TT's after last season, where most of our points came from TT''s. |

Actually, I just see it as a trend, as Bianchi, Red Bull and Rapha hauled a serious amount of points in from being somewhat unchallenged in races outside of EU and US. I just wouldn't be surprised if a lot of teams racing for Promotion don't attempt the same - though with the new calendar and better spread of teams, it seems less likely to occur.

Like the look of some of these new HC races - if I can re-sign my leaders some good races for them.
Is the Kenya Mountain Classic going to involve going up part of Mt. Kilimanjaro?
I hope the TTT at Trentino is short or I'll have to do some buying. Feeling tempted by the Volta a Portugal too, but we'll wait to see the profile - hope it's a Mountain fest. |

It wouldnt be the Kenya Mountain Classic if it went up Kilimanjaro Real roads are used on the route anyway, so Kilimanjaro wouldnt work.

It is good to see a larger spread of teams... (except in Asia... Go Away )

It is so extremely strange to watch the same stuff happening like last year and suddenly be not involved in it anymore

I'm very curious about what the Greek race will look like.

As always, Volta Portugal clashes with another stage race and this year it is Tour of Hellas - not seen on the Mananagement Game calendar since 2009. Aleksandr Pluchkin has fond memories of it! Also returning for the first time since 2009 is the Eneco Tour. This replaces the Circuit Franco-Belge, and as such will contain 4 flat stages - sprinter friendly!
