Honkisz is leavening!! very surprising for a rider that could become a very useful PCT/PT Punchuer and CT leader in the future i'm sure he will find a new team though. |

Agreed. A possible 76 hilly rider is not someone to look down at easily. But good luck with your team, and hopefully you have lots of success next year.

Yeh, it was a tough decision between Honkisz and a few of my rider from Belarus, my loyalty to keeping most of my team Belarussian has meant there is no place. He failed to get the results to impress this season and after the season I feel we need to sign another rider to climb our way up the CT division. But now you have said what he can become in the future, minds could be changed especially as I am still unsure on Niemiec.

Credexbank battle to avoid bottom
The Belarussian team headed by British DS Ste are battling to keep of the bottom of the CT table as we enter the final months of the season. It is understood that finishing bottom will not please the sponsors, considering the lack of wins this season. DS Ste made it clear that he knew what needed to be done for next season.
"We need more quality in the team if we want to progress and win races. At the moment we don't have that and it is no surprise that we are were we are at the moment. Many will be critical of the transfer dealings before the season. We have plenty of young riders in this team who will progress."
Ste also had this to add when talking about next season and the changes what could be made.
"Listen this is our first season as a professional Cycling team. Lessons have been learn't, after all it is a learning curve for our team. I hope to bring in more experience to the team next season as well as more talented riders who can win races. This will all depend on what the sponsors set our budget for the season. But for now there are still a few races left and I would like to concentrate on them first before thinking about next season."

It's a shame that Niemiec is not delivering as he should, it kinda ruined your season. |

Was counting on him to win a few stage races, I think I planned his season wrong too. But just didn't happen, also expected Golas to do a bit more too.

Can Credekbank avoid the Continental Division wooden spoon
With one race of the season left for the Belarussian squad (Zuri Metzgete), can they avoid finishing last in the standings. DS Ste would hope that this is the case in what has been a very disappointing debut season for the team.
Have your vote and say about the season. Do you think Credexbank can avoid the wooden spoon?

Director looks for new sponsorship
DS Ste today confirmed that the Belarussian team wants to further their sponsorship into te 2014 season despite a poor season.
"I feel their is young talent in this team who can step up to the mark in 2014."
If you have created a jersey in the past few months with Belarussian sponsors which has gone unnoticed by me then please present it and I will have a look to see if it fits for next season. I am looking on an improvement after this season jersey as the purpose of this seasons jersey was to parade the countries colours around the world of Cycling. Now I feel we have done that and the time has come to push for more sponsors to secure the teams future.

New Sponsors join Belarus Revolution
Today was a big step in the developing of Cycling in Belarus and Team Credexbank went under revamp and into a new era with what hope all involved will a success. Credexbank as a sponsor leave the world of Cycling after one year. This comes after succeeding in the job of what was asked of them.
But that isn't the end of the team. A new lead sponsor and another bank will be in place. That is BelarusBank. DS Ste was delighted with the news and said "It is a great step forward in the progression of the team, not onlt have we secured a lubricative deal but we have also secured a number of new sponsors to help with the investment of the team."

New kit announced
Tonight is the launch of our 2014 kit. This new season sees the expansion of the team from the National colours of last season to gaining more publicity with a title sponsor. The new kit adds more colour than last seasons which will allow to be spotted easily in the peleton.
Also we would like to welcome and introduce our new title sponsor BelarusBank. Their CEO had this to say.
"To be apart of a growing Cycling population here in Belarus is important to us. I feel this team can go along way if we give them the funds to do so. I am happy to be apart of a Cycling community."
The new jersey can be seen below.
*With thanks to Aidan for allowing me to use this!
One final announcement is that the team will be moving up into the Pro Continental Division for this season. After a struggle in the Continental Division last season, this season will present itself with another extremely tough challenge. DS Ste said:
"We need to sign some quality riders to keep ourselves in this division for years to come. Of course we will be keeping hold of our talented riders from Belarus but we need World Class talent to join them if we want to succeed. I am confident the sponsors will release enough funds for us to utillise, at the moment I have no set figure on money to spend."
With the promotion to Pro Continental division, this can only help Cycling gain even more popularity in Belarus and we believe it will do so.

Transfer Activity
Ins
Vasili Kiryenka
Kiryenka joins his home country team from Tinkoff Credit Systems Bank. His role this season will be on the head of the lead out trains and heading our slight GC hopes in small tours.
Andrei Kunitski
Kunitski joins from Rothaus for small fee. He furthers our range of rider from the home country of our sponsors. He will be aiming to play a domestique role for our leaders this season.
Yuaheni Hutarovich
Hutarovich will be a vital part of our sprint train. He may also have a chance to sprint for himself in smaller races as we know he has the talent to do so.
Kenny Van Hummel
Van Hummel will be another important part of our sprint train leading out our big name sprinter who has yet to be named.
Daniel Thorsen
Thorsen will be a vital sprinter for us this season. He has great talent and we will be hoping he can bring home a few wins for us this season.
Mark Cavendish
Our biggest name in the team and certainly our biggest signing. Cavendish comes with a wage of 650,000. He will be our main sprinter where, with the help of the support around him he can win many races. There was a lot of interest in Cavendish so to secure him was a massive coup for our team.
