Glad to see that Sean De Bie believes in the team.
De Bie leaving the team on a permanent deal is not going to happen. He is way more likely to be loaned out, though. Being a Belgian PT-team, a season in the BPost jersey will certainly be of interest for the youngster.

Like with De Bie (and Colbrelli for that matter), a loan deal with a PT-team seems more likely than him leaving the team on a permanent basis.
