make the pics jpg, and an the results screen just click export then copy&paste from excel, it looks better than screenshots and you can highlight riders.
otherwise good start

A good start with an interesting team and challenge, as none of them have stats that will secure you of many wins. Good luck!

11/03 Paris - Troyes (1.2)
Prerace-Report:
It might been classified as a 1.2 race, but some well-known teams and riders were at that race. The best way to handle this situation would be to place at least one guy in the breakaway and if they got caught to bet on Matzka for a top 10 finish maybe.
Startlist:
The race began and with some luck Bastian Bürgel made it by a big effort into the escape group. Once joined the group he needed a lot of time to recuperate from this effort sitting on the back.
But the other escapies didn't had any problem at all with it. They worked good as group together and increased their lead steadily.
Something unusual happened in the peleton. Nobody was chasing after that 6 guys up front and with an advantage of almost 10 minutes with 70km to go there was a real chance to survive. I looked at the other riders and the situations was almost perfect. Almost... there was actually just one rider (Ghyllebert) who was faster than Bastian, so it was no secret we had to get rid of him if we wanna win this stage.
The problem was, the other guys started their attacks very soon and keep attacking for about 20-30km. I tried to match their efforts, but bit by bit Bastian came to his limit.
Once dug to deep, Bürgel got dropped with just 4km to go. Too bad, but the other escapies played a clever teamgame of cat-and-mouse with him till he finally broke down.
Stupid as the cpu is, they carried Ghyllebert to the finish, where he had just to sprints this victory home. Bürgel came in as 6th. Even he was the last of the escape group I think it was a honorable result for him.

Good luck with the story, I'm curious, what did you do with this little team. I'll follow this!
Congrats to the good result in Belgium.

Thank you very much. Nice to hear that you will follow this story. Its definitely a challenge. Thought it would be boring to take one of the big teams.

09/04 Rund um Köln(Cologne) 1.1
Prerace-Report
Profile:
Startlist
Some big and strong teams and riders in it and also a very long race for my team. 200km is the longest we had so far, this is why I didn't expect so much from this race, especially when I saw this little cobble-section. The plan was to go in the break and to finish at least with the top riders, maybe a top 25 result or so.
Race:
From the beginning I started many attacks with my riders, but the Peleton didn't want any of them let go. After a few Kilometer they got them always back.
The first plan failed, so I brought them into a good position to survive this brutal cobble section with the best. Later I saw it was the right thing to do, cause the Peleton split up at that section and my riders survived in the first group.
Since the breakaway was caught FDJ and Orica increased the speed to make the last kilometers very difficult. Matzka came to his limit and lost his good position behind another sprinter. Just Steigmiller hadn't any problem at all with these accelerations and began to sprint with the best...
But he isn't a Sprinter, so it was no suprise to see many riders passing him...

Rund um Duren (1.2)
Pre-Race:
Profile:
Startlist:
Regarding the start list, it was the first race I had a realistic chance to win a race. Even there were been some strong riders, I felt my team wasn't that much behind from a skills-standpoint.
Race:
A group of 5 riders escaped from the bunch and gained probably about 5 or 6 minutes. I let the other team do the work, but when I saw that they weren't working enough in my opinion, I reacted...
I sent Schaffner und Bürgel to the front and increased their effort to pace them back. And it worked, 10km before the finish the escapies were brought back. Now it was time to attack!
Steigmiller had told me that he was doing great this day. So, I brought him to the front with the help of 3 other guys and then he started an incredible attack with 6Km to go.
There was just one rider who tried to answer his attack, but couldn't quite follow him. With a gap around 15-20 seconds Steigmiller passed the checkpoint with just 1 Kilometer to go and gave all he had left...
Yeeeeha! What a fantastic job by this young kid! First win of the season and even Barth did great as he finished 2nd in the upfollowing masssprint.

Awesome result in Düren beating some good riders.
A bit unlucky in Köln but the competition was just too strong there. |

I guess its not enough to thank you for your compliment, but also for making this stage^^. Because of the narrow roads at the finish Barth had an advantage because of his good position.

Actually I was considering if I had made this one. Couldn`t really remember.
But actually the roads are normal (level 2) aren`t they?
Don`T think I have used level 1 roads there.
But I have seen you will also ride Rund um Sebnitz, which is great as I never have seen this race being played in a story.

Yeah, you're right. These are Level 2 roads, which are normal and realistic for that region. Anyway, sometimes I feel like the level 2 aren't wide enough to have a fair sprint, so it was the case here. But this isn't a criticism on your stagemaking, not at all.
Btw, big thanks. without your stages there wouldn't been enough german races for this story.

haha thanks.
Edit: I have a question to you guys. I play the first time with a 3rd league team and I wonder what it takes to get a division higher?

Haven`t understood it as critic. Just would have rebuild the stage if you had said there are level 1 roads.
To your point. You need to be within the top20 CT teams in the superprestige ranking. The two teams that go into WT don`t count.

Yeah, after the first win I'm very impressed where my is standing in the Continental-Ranking. There are probably 15-20 teams worse. The 1st und 4th place in Duren pushed me really up.

Rund um den Finanzplatz Eschborn-Frankfurt 1.HC
Pre-Race:
Profile:
Startlist:
Big german race and very great teams und riders competing in it. A racewin is truely out of question here. Also a breakaway would be tough, since the race is with 200km a bit too long for my guys to survive a solo-run. So, just one option here: Protect Matza, Barth and Steigmiller as long as possible and try to find a promising backwheel and maybe get a position under the top 15 or so.
Race:
The usual picture as always. Some guys with good legs and a great heart trying to breakaway and to challenge the big names of the race...
One of the big names were surely Danilo Hondo, who commanded his guys to do the front and pace them back...
There was no real surprise the breakaway didn't work to the end. With Teams like Lampre, Argos and even Astana it was logically that they could stop this escape. Meanwhile, my guys were doing great. Matzka (+4) und Barth (+2) had good legs and a great form on this day and suffered only on some slopes in the middle of the stage. When the pack arrived the city of Frankfurt they were in a excellent position...
The sprint started and Matzka had a excellent wheel with Hondo and Barth with Guardini. Bit by bit the finish line came closer, both waiting behind the wheels and suffering with every pedal-step more and more. Everything went by so quickly, just saw Modolo raised his hands into the air as it looks like we could probably make the Top 10... Wow! Amazing! With a tiny advantage of the following guys he made the 7th place. On pedal-step too late and it would have been the 10th or 12th place, though...
