It's not difficult... all the backgrounds do have pictures of the Tour, Giro and Vuelta. You'll notice in the screenshots that I will show you today.

Experience has shown that while Ruben's stats may seem a bit "weird" on first sight, they produce extraordinarily realistic results, so don't judge without having played or at least seen some results.
I would even go further. It is always useless to discuss the stats.
This game has a database editor, so if you don't like a certain stat, just change it and leave us alone with your rants.
