Are you really sure that there are no riders selected at the bottom of the list?
If yes, then you just found another bug of the game. In such a case you should consider contacting Cyanide.
I would like to have a look at that, so could you attach your save here.
My documents\pcm2012\users\your name\database\solo\name of DB\
The save has the ending .cdb |

What do you mean can't attach the file. Click the REPLY button, below the message is a section called attachment, there you can select your save.
BTW: You don't need to double post or in your case quadruple post. Just click the EDIT button and change your message. |

Every time I try to attach the file, it says "Invalid attachment filename or filesize" and I'm sure that it is the right file.

the filename is cdb and the size 1,2 mb

Remove all the spaces and strange characters and try again.
But you could as well just rename the file to Error.cdb |

Finnaly I found the problem
the DB I downloaded doenst have the national teams so I cant choose one.
Can you give me a db JUST with the real names and real equipment of the teams |

You can download the realname DB for the latest patch in the download section but it is even available in the latest downloads to the right. |
