being a part of successful breakaway is most likely the best I could hope for...hopefully Raabe won´t loose much time in upcoming stage

Stallaert in second overall! If he can hold on then my top 15 overall is a sure thing. What a neo-pro season he is having.

Another fucked up race...
Damn boy, Vantomme isn`t even worth a minimum contract imo. Not being able to sprint a half-decent sprint when having a good position.
And of course without a race favourite it`s not necessary to join the breakaway...now a top 10 will be almost impossible.
Congrats to Moinard for this stage and I guess also the overall as every time gap can be race deciding in such a race. |

Be happy guys, you'll have a marathonian day of reports today! I have to finish the race before tomorrow midday, so expect 4 reports today and the last one tomorrow morning.
I don't know if I'll survive this.

Flügel This race seems to be really promising for us, but I'm afraid that this makes Flügel defensive which could be catastrophic...

Close for Le Gac with the KoM...
Pretty strange sprint again, great for VW to just change the guy in yellow

WOOHOOO
Far better that way, though I fear the same could happen the next stages.

Another situation where at one stage looked like we were in a position for a bumper race only to be reduced this time thanks to bizarre team tactics.
Oh well it has been a good race for us, hope we can contest the sprints in the final days.

The first stages weren't very succesful. Good to see that Reda managed to get in the the breakaway and win. Hope he can hold on to his 2nd place in the GC. That would be a good result.

Mad tactics there, with VW the main culprits. |

"Disaster" does not even come close to the results here.

So things flip back round to fortune for JRB and Daryl is on the cusp of the biggest win of his career.
Certainly we have yet to strike a stage race victory since our very first the 2011 Tour Down Under (another messy race btw). If we hold it is hard not to look at promotion being sealed for us, so could be a big party in London

Although failed, Mohs at least tried to sprint!
Vermote still in TOP10, he´s about gaining his first points ever if I´m not mistaken

Well, that's it, last report up. Really feel for those who had their race ruined in the last stage, never seen so many crashes in a PCM stage. Never, ever, ever. :/
Well time to enjoy my holiday, see y'all in a week!

The crashes safed the race for me. From 12 to 5, nicely done Wegmann.
