Unfairly given penalty begins what becomes a rout for benfica
Rui Costa's men faced the Marseille in both teams' first preseason game. While opponents are considered as pretty even it was french team which earned a 3 goal victory.
[img-r]https://oi50.tinypic.com/260pvfb.jpg[/img-r] Game started in very high tempo. Both teams had good chances in first 15 minutes. At first it was Marseille's striker Remy who hit the post but moments later Cardozo answered with a shot which flew right past the post.
It were Benfica's wing players who created most of the chances during the second part of the first half and first part of the second half both with crosses and irruptions in penalty area.

The main referee of the game Dietmar Schonlebe saw a foul by Benficas's Maxi Pereira which surprised even Marseille's players. Loic Remy scored from the penalty mark and definitely the worst six minutes of the game for Benfica began. In this short period of time substitute Kabore and Remy scored each a goal.
While Benfica had its chances at the end of the game they didn't bring the wanted result as the game ended with score 3-0 in favor of Marseille.
After the game Benfica's manager Rui Costa admitted that he is definitely not satisfied with results but for him the main thing was that team controlled the game for the most part of it and the biggest part of pregame tasks were achieved.
Stupid referee, he broke the momentum for Benfica and the game was lost. But hey, these are friendlies, so you will tune your tactics and squad for the start of the league.
And i have a tip for higlight song: Blur-Song2 , those of you who remember legendary Fifa 98 know it fits with football nicely.
