It should look like this one:

Basically just copy and paste what you find in the exported file between those markers and it will come out like that.

Pim(s) All Round!
Accident destroys Geslin's Tour, as the Dutch celebrate with a Pim(s)

by: Barry Ryan

The story of Stage 3 was somewhat taken away from the superb sprint finish by Dutchman Pim Ligthart of the Vacansoleil-DCM team as with around 20km Tour Leader Anthony Geslin fell after clipping wheels in the peloton, which then caused a further 5 riders to come off their bikes. The FDJ-Bigmat team attempted to bring Geslin back into the race, but the gap was too great and the Frenchman's tour is now consigned to the also-ran category.

"Gutted is the polite way for me to explain how I feel right now" said a distraught Geslin "It was a silly mistake, I cant blame anyone else, the team tried their best for me but ill be giving up the leaders jersey and now playing a role in this team"

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s4crax.png
Above: The carnage caused by Geslin's fall

With Geslin down the rest of the riders carried on at a pace, with Jonathan Cantwell looking for a 2nd stage win being the favourite in the sprint finish, before getting edged into 5th as Pim Ligthart snuck through to celebrate.

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s4vac.png

Rabobank also felt the reprecussions of the fall as Wilco Kelderman tumbled over a loose bike, but although the team had a good position coming into the sprint, Sanchez helped by Matthews and Renshaw was unable to get himself any closer in the classification.

Team Manager Albers Pansen said "We are trying to keep Luis' in touch, the gap is not too much of an issue right now, but we need to make an impact soon to ensure that we are not gambling on miracles in Adelaide"

O'Mega Win for Ciolek
Ciolek takes daily honours, as Cantwell maintains slender advantage in the classification

by: Barry Ryan

Another hot day on the roads of Australia for the riders of the Tour Down Under and another different stage winner as this time the Omega Pharma - QuickStep team got their rider Gerald Ciolek over the line in an incredible finish that saw him come from no where to steal the stage at the line.

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s5win.png
Above: Ciolek blazes through at the finish to snare the stage victory

The focus coming into the stage was whether Cantwell could maintain his slender lead over Spanish contender Egoi Martinez, which was achieved as the Saxo Bank - Tinkoff Bank team ensured that there would be no breakaway by Movistar as they played a tactical race.

"We are working hard to keep Jonathan (Cantwell) in contention, he has 2 stages remaining to win his home Tour, which would be fantastic for him and us as a team" stated Saxo Bank - Tinkoff Bank Manager Bjarne Rijs.

Outside of the Orange jersey, the pace is heating up for the Young Riders Classification as once again a confident ride by Jacopo Guarnieri of the Astana team kept him outfront in the category.

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s4brk.png
Above: Early breakaway see's yesterdays faller Geslin fighting to get respect back into his race

As for the Rabobank team, Luis Leon Sanchez stays in touch with the leaders but time is running out for him to make a difference. Whilst disappointingly Brown, Renshaw and Van Emden all faltered to roll home nearly 10 mins off the pace.

Moreno Makes His Mark
Katusha rider takes advantage as leaders fall away before finale

by: Barry Ryan

All change in the penultimate stage of the Tour as Katusha's Moreno and Martinez of Euskaltel - Euskadi pulled away from the Peloton to come home over 30 seconds ahead of their nearest rival and over 1 minute clear of the previous Tour leader Jonathan Cantwell.

"I know Eqoi (Martinez) he is a great rider and when we pulled away we said we would work together to make it count. Somehow we kept going and with the peloton falling further behind we knew we had to fight it out for the win. Luckily I got there first, but tomorrow will be exciting as we both can win the tour" exclaimed Moreno after his victory.

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s4win.png
Above: He has the tour in his hands after a big stage 5 win (Daniel Moreno)

Cantwell is now well and truly out of the running as the top 2 are the only realistic winners of the tour, whilst the other categorys remained unchanged as we head into the final stage with the road course in Adelaide to decide who walks away with the 2012 Santos Tour Down Under title.

Golas Today; Moreno Crowned
Omega Pharma collect 2nd stage win of the Tour, but its Moreno and Katusha who can celebrate

by: Barry Ryan

The conclusion of 6 compelling days racing came to a close with yet another stage winner as Michal Golas collected the honours for Omega Pharma - QuickStep for the 2nd time in the 6 stages. However the real celebrations were left to Daniel Moreno as he ensured that the Overall Classification crown would be his by staying close and coming home ahead of Egoi Martinez.

Outside of this battle one of the most exciting changes was in the Mountain category as FDJ - Bigmats Gerard came through after leading most of the race to collect the top ranking on the final stage with a mammoth 44pts.

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s6st.png
Above: Another year over, the riders set off on the final stage in Adelaide

Katusha Sporting Director Valerio Piva said "We are delighted for Daniel (Moreno) he worked so hard for this, but also we have alot of thanks to give to the team for aiding him, it has been exciting and challenging for us to claim this victory"

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/s6moreno.png
Above: Moreno in the leaders jersey keeps himself tucked up neatly in the pack

As for Rabobank they finish off relatively happy with the performance of Sanchez who nicks in 6th place just under 1 minute off the pace, however the team placing of 6th leaves them looking to improve for February's events.

Albers Pansen said "Our aim was alot higher than this, but we had some good moments with Sanchez and also Michael Matthews picking up points in the Mountains on this stage. However we have along way to go to get to the standards that im setting for this team"

Welcome to the Tour'
Wildcards selected; Continental Teams can look forward to the limelight

by: Barry Ryan

With many teams chucking their proverbial hat into the ring, only 4 could come out with the prestige of racing alongside the 18 UCI Pro Tour teams in the Tour de France this July and they were announced as:

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/europcar.jpg
Team Europcar

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/cofidis.png

Bretagne - Schuller

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/saur.png
Saur - Sojasun

Team Europcar's Thomas Voeckler spoke of his happiness about the decision "For me its great to ride in the Tour, its my country and it is always great to ride in front of the french fans in such a prestigious race. As a team we are looking to impress, it may be winning a stage or more, but we will go into the race ready and in a position to be competitive"

Yvon Sanquer the General Manager of Cofidis said "This is good news for us, it gives our riders that extra motivation as the team has been through some tough times. We wont have high expectations but we wont just be there to make up the numbers, you will see the Red of Cofidis at the right end of racing"

Both Saur-Sojasun and Bretagne-Schuller had yet to comment on the decision but they will no doubt be just as delighted with their inclusion in the Grand Tour for 2012.

We will preview the Tour de France in greater depth once it arrives on our calender, in the mean time stay in touch with all your cycling news, here at cyclingnews.com

The Month That Was:
January

The first month of a brand new season is now well and truely in the books, so we take a look back at how things played out as we began 'Down Under' with a trio of big events.

:: Racing ::

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/porte.jpg
Above: Sky's Porte impresses in his National events with a 3rd and 1st finish

Australia crowned itself 2 new National Champions as both the Road Race and ITT titles were decided in the opening week of the calender as Simon Gerrans became the Australian Champion after a tense finish with favourite Cadel Evans (BMC) coming in 2nd to the Orica GreenEdge rider.

In the ITT Sky's Richie Porte who came 3rd in the road race, would squeeze past the charge from Orica GreenEdge to clinch the victory by a mere 4".

Following a nice weeks break from racing we were back in Australia for the Santos Tour Down Under. 6 stages in gruelling heat that combined long flat stretches with some testing climbs, before entering a circuit in Adelaide for the finale. The tour title looked to be staying at home as Jonathan Cantwell (Saxo Bank - Tinkoff Bank) held the lead for the first part of the tour, a lead further enhanced when FDJ - Bigmat rider Geslin crashed to effectively write off his hopes in the 3rd stage.

However Cantwell would himself get entangled in the peloton in the 5th stage as Katusha rider Daniel Moreno got himself the lead and held onto it in Adelaide to collect a unlikely victory in Australia.

Outside of these races we also saw the 2:1 Category Tour de San Luis, 7 stages in Argentina that saw Team Argos - Shimano collect the top 2 places as Dutchman Tom Dumoulin edged out German teammate John Degenkold for the win by a mere 3".

Finally the one day Grand Prix la Marseillaise saw a pair of familiar names come to the forefront as another Dutch victory in the form of Vacansoleil - DCM rider Pim Ligthart took the victory, with the Tour Down Under Champion Daniel Moreno rolling home in 3rd, as 7 riders sprinted to the line in a close finish.

:: Inside Track ::

i167.photobucket.com/albums/u150/elsworthmay/riis.jpg
Above: Riis happy to have security with his team for the upcoming seasons

Bjarne Riis happily announced that Saxo Bank would remain as head partner of the Saxo Bank - Tinkoff Bank team until 2015, further cementing their place amongst the World Tour. Riis said "Its important we continue to build our strong brand as a team and as representatives of our sponsors. We are delighted to continue with Saxo Bank as their support has been unwavering throughout and that shows the stature of their commitment as a company and how they believe we can represent them on the cycling stage"
