well ... depends, if your searching for just A LITTLE bit of realism your nowhere near.. but the team looks good no doubt about that.
with that team i doubt you'll have mutch fun on a continental level (were talking continental, not pro-continental.. right?)
a fun challenge, and more realistic could be one prette good, but old rider. say like Michael Rasmussen, and then the rest should biders who would have a hard time finding contract other places:
Martin mortensen, John Ebsen (if he is in the db) Lander, Aaen, Troels Vinther..... and so on |

1. i upgrade to Pro continental
2. I cut from the team, not sure yet 
I will have to take that in to consideration, but thank you for ypur input I think i maybe will cut the team to more realistic terms (got carried away)  |

you could consider something along the lines like i play:
- continental team, (in this case Glud&Marstrand)
- must not refuse to sell a rider, as i'm a talents team (don't even know if you get offers on your riders, haven't played PCM for several years)
- can ONLY make realistic transfers, mostly danish, very foreign riders (norwegian, swedish, German)
everything i do
- mostly young riders, or else, very old riders
- NO trainings camps
- realistic races (not trying to do races than what i expect the team would do in real life.
now this is beacause I want to be as realistic as possible, it's is SO much fun bringing a small team like Glud & Marstrand to the Denmark tour, and FIGHTING for top 5's or maybe going for the climbers prize.. when the most of your team is strucling to hold onto the peloton in the big races, the victories is just so much more fun.
- when you ahve a very strong team, PCM gets pretty easy VERY quickly, in my eyes (and i'm nowhere near a good player, as said, i haven't played for some years)
again, it depends what you want to achieve, you need LOTS patiens for this, as you will mostly only win in the 1.2 races. |

If you are using PCMDaily's database, i can recommend Kasper Jebjerg.
26 yo Sprinter, with 72 flat, 73 sprint (4 stars potiential), 72 acceleration (4 stars potiential).
He could be pretty good |

Probably you should go Pro-Conti, as the team was going to dominate the Continental races. Also, recomend Michael Reihs for the team. He performs well as a leadout. |
