Since I really like FDJ, and I am unfortunately tied down to my NetApp story, I say you go for them. By far my favourite French team, they have Fedrigo, Casar, Rollin, Bouhanni, Demare, Hutarovich, Pinot, Chainel, and they have a history of signing Australian riders. Personally I think its the perfect team to do a story as.

It's definitely not dead. Waiting for the Daily DB V2 or the A.S.O. DB, whatever comes out first.
I have written out the team presentation, I'm jut waiting for a stats confirmation. Good to know you're looking forward to it though.
