The last more or less obvious favourite to mention is aging
Patrik Sinkewitz,
and he really has to deliver here to keep Spyker in the competition for a PT spot.

Don't be sad You'll be meeting HTC-Nieuwsblad next year in the Continental Tour ( hopefully ). That's something to cherish isn't it ?
Anyway, this should be fun race and quite unpredictable hopefully too. Will be interesting to follow this.

Don't mean to come off arrogant but I'm starting to wonder, is everything ok with this race?

Pretty good timing
Had a virus on my laptop which gave me some headache, but solved the problem now.

And Kreder's back to his old level. I guess Colombia was just a fluke.

Ballan 2nd? Now that's a surprise. I'll take it though.

Really weird stage here with all these crashes and especially the gaps in the finish sprint.
And we also have the award winner for the most awful sprint here. Trophy goes to Sam Bewley from New Zealand.
Thanks as Vantomme was the most awful so far |

I guess I can't ask too much from my sprinter when his lead - out man goes in the breakaway. At least he got that KoM jersey.

I saw some of my riders in the break. Can't ask for any more than that in this race. The PT doesn't usually do what the CT does and let the breaks go in these kind of races. |

By far the best sprint Vicente Reynes had all season. I can't really understand why he is my main sprinter, and Ulissi isn't here though. Eventhough Ulissi made up some time, i'm pretty much just happy that gaps weren't big at all. 30 seconds here shouldn't make that much of a difference come into the hilly sections.

I second that. Richeze was looking good there.
But this is turning out to be an odd race.

What are you doing here Sam? You finally got a perfect lead-out and.. you simply gave that win away to Boonen.. again..

Sorry for another slight delay, laptop suddenly started to overheat dramatically. Problem is solved again, but an important exam tomorrow is in the way now.
Expect double stages from Wednesday on
