@ Ian Butler We certainly wants a good result in Australia, in the GC and a stage win
@ sutty 68 I'm hoping the same
@ Abelbaba Thanks a lot
There are some changes in our team but more about that later today

Hello everyone
As you probably know, we have a new secondary sponsor: Sharp. Sharp is a Japanese multinational corporation that designs and manufactures electronic products. We are very happy that wants to sponsor our team in the world of cycling. But now we need a new jersey and the people of castelli (our cloth sponsor) made this nice jersey:
Barracuda is our third sponsor and is still on the shirt. But the rules are the rules and we can’t have 3 sponsors in our name and because of this our new official name is Garmin-Sharp (UCI Code: GRS).
This are our vehicles for the season:
Thomas

You have been working hard with the presentations. If you keep the motivation this will be a store to follow without a doubt.

@ Ian Butler Yeah it's indeed a great truck. Imo the red line makes it better then the previous one. Maybe I post some pictures of the "real" truck later because I'm going to watch the TT of the eneco tour in my hometown and then I can take some pictures of the truck and riders.
@ Biathlon Thanks a lot. The motivation is really high actually, I can't wait to start racing. Let's hope the PCM daily DB is here quick

Sep Vanmarcke and Andrew Talansky
Hello everyone. We are in San Francisco, we are here for our last pre season training camp . All thirty riders are having some fun together before the new season will start. Sep Vanmarcke and Andrew Talansky were willing to give an interview.
Question: How are you?
Answer: I’m feeling really good actually. I worked really hard in Spain because I want to be ready for the Tour Down Under. I have also done some training kilometres here in San Francisco.
Q: Have you trained in the city?
A: Not downtown of course but in the outskirts of town because there is less traffic. It’s a nice environment actually.
Q: You mentioned it before: The Santos Tour Down Under. What are your expectations?
A: I will have a free role in that race because Heinrich (Haussler)is the absolute leader. In the hilly stages I can go for the victory but on the flat I have to bring the lead-out train for Heinrich in a good position. But I’m the backup plan if something happens with Heinrich. I think that I’m on my best in that kind of situations, I’m a bit too young and inexperienced to lead a team in this kind of races.
Q: What about the cobble classics?
A: At the moment Johan (Vansummeren) is our leader. He is the winner of Paris – Roubaix so he deserves it to be the leader and as I said before I’m on my best behind a more experienced leader
Q: And what about the rest of the season.
A: I have no idea, after Paris – Roubaix I will take a rest period. I hope to ride a Grand Tour but not the Vuelta. There are too much climbs in the course. A spot in the Tour selection is very unlikely so the Giro is my only hope actually.
Q: You are one of America's next GC talents. Do you think you can win the tour one day.
A: Let’s hope. It’s a dream to fight for the podium in Paris. But I’m lacking a lot of experience so I will work for the leaders in our team this year. Maybe in 2 years I’m ready to lead a team in a Grand Tour.
Q: But you will lead the team in Argentina.
A: Yeah that’s really great. That’s the best way to learn how to lead a team. Because Daved Zabriskie is part of the selection I can learn from the best.
Q: With GC will you ride this year?
A: Good question. I have no idea, but it will probably ride the Giro and the Vuelta but nothing is official yet.

@ fernando97: Thanks a lot
@ sutty68: I'm glad that you like the interviews. There will come more of them during the season.
@ Ian Butler: That is the intention I have some stages in my mind (giro and tour). But I'm not sure which GT he will ride.

Hey everyone
I have some bad news. I lost my motivation for this story. It takes too long until the racing can start. But I have been thinking about a new story and I think I found something better. But more about that later.
I hope you don't mind and that you will follow my new story.
I will give a tip about the new team: 30 riders, 11 nationalities and 11 Belgians.

Yeah that's absolutly right
The introduction is probably for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow (depends on how much time I have after work).
I have choose this team because 2 of my all time favorite riders ride for this team: Tom Boonen and Tony Martin.
I hope the OPQS-story will be much longer than this Garmin story.
Greet and see you (hopefully) at my new story.
