Gesink 7th in a sprint
Great to see that Chavanel attacked and still got 17th.

What happened there? Guys like Gusev should have been able to hold on. Did they all drop back to help Pedersen? |

Boonen winning is perfect, that means atleast 5 open spots in PT next year. So as it seems I will need to be in top 6 to promote

I wondered the exact same about Burghardt. Okay, he doesn't have the greatest hill stat, but still, if he can finish 9th in SanRemo.

It was a combination of bad positioning and then getting stuck behind sprinters that were getting dropped. Which is what happened to both Gusev and Burghardt.

Ah, the worst part of PCM12 in my opinion: 'solid' riders coming into play again.

Just what I needed - Gusev sucking even more than he has already done so far. |

Shit, that was close...and I guess Delage could have been with the best in the sprint. Well, we tried and failed.
We'll be back for GP de Fourmies, and I asssure you there are no hills to drop Bennati

Good result for Gilbert, not brilliant for the team but it wasn't really a strong squad. Thanks for the report Mr. E.

I can live with that - leaves things more or less as they were in the relegation battle.
Lame to see riders from inactive managers winning. Boonen was a really great signing though. |

My maths makes you at 220 points ahead of Spyker, with a gap of 211 from them back to Carmeuse. Webeffect and Milka are roughly 600 points ahead of you. |

That was shocking. Ventoso presumably was just poorly positioned, as otherwise he really should have made it over the hills in that front group.

Decent 8th for Hagen. How did he not beat Gesink though?

And that reassures me that my decision to send a pure puncheur squad here was spot on. Great ride by Ponzi and the team, especially to have five in the lead group.

Really good result for Bewley, Efimkin's crash hurts a little bit, not so much points gained on other teams here after all, unfortunetely..
