Is there a point in using a doctor?

I am not able to hire a doctor. I hired one at the beginning of the season, but now he is working on Mollema- fractured vertebra. Now Pinot is sick and there is no doctor to care for him and the game is not letting me hire any more doctors (I only have one). I can not advance the game because the email message warns me that I need to assign a doctor and without a doctor to assign, it wont let me advance to the next day.

I also deleted some extra coaches and tried to hire docs but no luck.

Is it possible to change this in an editor?

Usually, you don't need to assign a doctor to advance to the next day, declining the suggestion should always be possible.

If the use of an editor is necessary, try setting:

-fkIDcyclist_state to Free
-fkIDinjury to 0

or/and

-fkIDstaff_physician to a random name
