French sprinter/cobble rider , Lloyd Mondory , has signed a 2 year contract with Team Holden - Westpac. He said that he was happy that he had so many wonderful riders around him but wishes there were more Frenchmen.
Bontrager , New Supplier?
Negotiations are still taking place but it seems that Bontragerwill be supplying wheels for the team.
Llyod Mondory , newest rider to sign on to the team , has requested that more French riders should be brought in to the team. This has sparked a major argument from other riders in the team and management. Zoom123 issued a statement earlier today.
"It is difficult to perform these requests as it just inflames further argument. We are not going to focus on one nationality other than Australia. If another rider from your nationality comes in to the team then good for you."
This has stopped the arguing but some riders like Theo Bos , Lloyd Modory and Thomos Lofkvist are not happy.

Just to make sure its clear, Mondory is on a 3 year contract. Rounds 1,4,7,10 ect are 3 years, 2,5,8,11 and so on are 2, and the rest are 1.

Check the team kit section of the thread to see which kit management has chosen the team to wear for the season.
Management is struggling to find an agreement on what specialization they want from the draft picks over the next few rounds. Climbers? Stage Races? Sprinters? further details will be released when an agreement is reached.

SBS , an Australian television channel, has signed as a team sponsor for the next two years. They have many programs on their station designated for cycling so they decided to sponsor this new team. They have even designated a section of CyclingCentral (one of the programs) ecspecially for the team! Management couldn't be happier!

The rider targetted for the next round draft is a Stage Races rider. The name of this rider will not be announced until after the draft but we will let you know that he is not Australian.

The team is proud to announce that it has signed talented rider Luca Ascani. He is good in the hills and mountains and is also a good time trialist. He will mainly ride in support but will have a few opportunities to go off on his own.
There has been some speculation that the team would like to have Luke Durbridge in its ranks after the next round. Well we can confirm that but whether he is going to be our top priority or not we cannot reveal.
