First of all I've something to say. My computers network didn't work in some days, so I couldn't make an update before now.

With a top 5 position and a top 3 position, we were all sure that in the next stage we were going to get a 1st place. So that was our goal for today. Give it everything to win.

Stage 3

In the start nobody attacked, so we had to start the attacks. That was not very good, because we wanted our riders to have as much power as possible left in the sprint. Rudy Molard wasn't placed very well in the overall standings, so he decided to breakaway. A little later we were lucky. Some other riders came up to him. Oh and by the way, Rudy won the mountain sprint.

Unfortunately the break couldn't make it till the end. Just like the first two stages. The break was caught with around 20 kilometers to go. Rudy tried a final attack with Kristoff Goddaert on his wheel. They made it for 5 more kilometers, but then it was the final caught. That time our train was just behind Sky's train.

Then it was time for the final sprint. Samuel had very good legs today, so I really cheered for him. Aleksejs led him out perfectly. Samuel started his sprint while there were 1.2 kilometers to go. While looking at the sprint I shouted and I were going crazy. In the last 100 meters Theo Bos came very close, but Samuel put his arms in to the air. He took a fantastic victory.

Great win for Dumoulin in what looked like a really great sprint Wink

@sutty68
Yes it was a pretty good sprint. Cavendish started the sprint in the front, but he had no power in the end.

I'm sorry to say this, but I might have to end this story. I don't have the motivation anymore. Sad

The decision is totally yours to make, but think about it first and then see what you really want to do with it Frown
