I see you have great both goalkeepers and one defender, the rest is average, i have one good in every section and the rest average.

Is Development still mostly based on average form. I.e. Need an average of better than 10 to improve?

I think training is only to increase someone's shape, so imo practice matches are just as good, unless you're desperate to get a top player fit in time. |

So what/were would you use the money you gain in the pre-season ? Would you develop youth academe, or just stack it up and buy better players when opporutnity comes ?
P.S. That's a special question to those who played this long, maybe then can help 'the noobs' ( us )

Yeh, looking at the 'Help' pages on the website:
Players improve by playing enough games, and having a good average form - training increase can be random, but up to about 3 form points - and they take 4/5 days. So its definately worth training the players youd most like to improve (be that your best players, or your younger players) - especially if their current form is bad.
And with the fairly regular income of 1 million. Other than trying to buy players, theres not a huge amount else worth spending money on

So there's no staff or such to pay?
Oh, and if someone wants to play a friendly on Wednesday, I'd happily offer my mediocre team to find out about your team strenght

If you want to, I also need to get used to this.
EDIT: I have a friendly scheduled for Wednesday, so it can't be.

As I played X11 after the PCM.daily league shutdown, 2 tips:
- I think the youth academy is useless, even if there might be good young players, sometimes even with 1 star there will be a good young player..
Otherwise, just buy a 18 year old and 4 strength, let them play enough games and train them often which is as good as them.
There are 16 and 17 year old talents, but I think they are way too overpriced.
- If you want extra money, then write a PR message with more then 250 characters I guess.
You just have to write one PR message a week (Monday to Sunday). If you write 24 of them in a week, you will just get 200k econ on monday I guess.

Yes, but I don't know how exactly it works. But it's a mix of games and average form.
And I accepted your friendly match offer

One last question, how do you rate youngsters e.g. would a 19 year old with 5 skill for 600,000 be good value for money or just mediocre ?

I would say 600k is way too overpriced for a 19/5 player.. I wouldn't pay more than 200k without abilities and I wouldn't pay more than 300k with "fast" or "header" abilities.
If he has the free kick ability then forget it, as they are (even with this good ability) everytime overpriced.

Okay, thx for that. There aren't many good prices there in the transfers centre, many overpriced. Are the riders appearing randomly in there or is there some kind of cycle to what players appear in your transfer centre ? Doesn't matter a bit know, I see there's more to it now
Well I did find 19/5 with Stamina ability for 163 000. Is that a good bargain then for a developing team ?
I can't find any 16's year old players, lol
