Not a very exciting day for us today, the etam will try to send someone in teh break to collect some KOM points, and see how we do in the sprint against GreenEDGE and Rabobank.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/MC1.jpg
The peloton before the start.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc2.jpg
The break is established after the first attmept, Tim Roemanaged to get accross! Other riders are: A.Bazzana (TT1), F.Ferrari (CJA), D.Goncalves (OND), S.Forke (NSP) and Abeasturi (ORB)
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc3.jpg
Roe attacks the breakaway group in hope of winning the KOM sprint. No one follows.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc4.jpg
He takes it easily. Forke (NSP) is 2nd and Bazzana (TT1) is 3rd.
Roe also takes the next KOM sprint.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc8-1.jpg
Aberasuti (ORB) takes the 2nd sprint of the day, with Forke (NSP) 2nd and Fernendez (OND) 3rd. The first sprint was won by Bazzana (TT1).
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc10-1.jpg
Roe leads the break over the final climb and again takes maximum points as GreenEDGE start pushing hard with 25km to go. The gap is now 2m22s.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc11-1.jpg
with 12km to go, the front group only has 39s and Erviti from Movistar attacks!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc13.jpg
Roe is like-minded and goes off the front of the break as they start getting reeled in by the peloton. Erviti then moves up the group and will take his wheel. There is 7km to go.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc14.jpg
But it was short lived, however, as with 3.5km remaining Roe is swallowed by the fast-moving peloton.
The sprint will soon start with JB-HIFI in a good position.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc15.jpg
..And with 200m to go it's between a fast coming Goss (GEC) and a tiring Bos! (RAB) (It rhymes!) Who will it be?
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/Mc16.jpg
Bos takes it from Goss! a good ride by him. Haas finishes 4th, another good ride by him.

Nice story, I'll follow - one suggestion, when you put the results from a stage up, use the table 100% (next to spoiler) as it lays them out and makes them much easier to read Smile

@ baggieboys32: Thanks. Alright, i'll definetly do that next time Grin

Our plan of attack today is to once again get Tim Roe so he can fight for his KOM jersey and to keep Rafael Valls protected. Our aim for him is to win the Young riders jersey in this race.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-1.jpg
The early break succeeds on the first attempt, with Tim Roe safely nestled in it. Other riders who made it accross are J.Cabreira (BOA), E.Salgueiro (LAR), J.Marycz (SAX), M.Burghardt (BMC), S.De Wilde (ACC), J.Suarez (COL) and J.Morajko (VAC).
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-2.jpg
Tim Roe in his mountain jersey.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-3.jpg
The first sprint is close, with Morajko coming accross in first. Burghardt is second and Marycz is third.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-4.jpg
With 87km remaining, Vaconsoleil's Thomas De Gendt puts in a strong attack and easily gains a minute with no reaction from the peloton.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-5.jpg
The second sprint is won by Burghardt, with Marycz second and Kadri (AG2R), who had recently joined the group with M.Fothen (NSP) and J.Megias (TT1).
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-6.jpg
The break now only hold a 1m32s advantage over the peloton. De Gendt has been caught.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-7.jpg
With 57km left, there is a split in the strung-out peloton, D.Navarro (SAX) gets caught out. The break now has 1m40s.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-8.jpg
Kadri reaches the summit first, ahead of Salgueiro and Roe.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-9.jpg
As the main group begins the next climb, the hard pace from GreenEDGE begins shedding riders from the peloton. A.Txurruka (EUS) is left behind.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-10.jpg
..And with 36km left to race, race leader Mathew Goss (GEC) begins losing contact with the peloton, while his team are still laying down the pace at the front unaware they have exhausted their leader.

And the first attack! It comes from I.Anton (EUS). Thomas De Gendt latches onto his wheel. Anton stops, and De Gendt launches himself once again, as the break are caught.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-12.jpg
De Gendt takes maximum points. his lead is 2m12s with 30km left, he should be brought back.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-13.jpg
With 27km left, Wout Poels (VAC) attacks! he is followed by Gesink, Chavez (COL), Tschopp (BMC), Noccentini (Ag2r) Valverde (MOV) and Valls manages to take his wheel. Valls is looking strong, and so is Chavez.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-14.jpg
And with 12km remaining, Chavez launches an attack! Poels is quick to take his wheel, and so is Valls. De Gendt has still got 1m 30s on the group of favourites! will he take victory?
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-15.jpg
They are brought back quickly, now with only 4.5km remaining, Valls goes himself! He is having a fantastic day. De Gendt still has 1m20s.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-16.jpg
And De Gendt takes it! What a terrific ride by him. He picked the perfect time to attack and it paid off.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-17.jpg
Valls comes in second. He rode incredibly well today, always full of energy. Hopefully he can back up his performance tomorrow. He finishes significantly in front of the other riders, but is given the same time.

i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M3-18.jpg
Race Leader Goss (GEC) comes in 5m22s behind. His team's tactics were strange today.

Today, we're going to try to get Tim Roe into the morning break once again to defend his KOM jersey. Elissionde and Haas will protect Valls all day and keep him near the front. If he is feeling good, he is to attack the smaller climb closer tho the finish to catch out his rivals.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-1.jpg
The early breakaway, consisting of Kroon from Saxobank, Porto (CPO), D.Fernendez (BOA), Bertogliati (TT1), Sabido (LAO) and our own Roe.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-2.jpg
The first sprint is uncontested. Won by Sabido, then Fernendez and Kroon 3rd.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-3.jpg
The second sprint is also uncontested an is won by Sabido, followed by Kroon and Porto.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-4.jpg
With 52km left and at the foot of the first big climb, Kroon places a solo attack.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-5.jpg
Near the summit of the climb, Roe vies for some points to keep his lead.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-6.jpg
The two riders catch Kroon before going over the summit, with Kroon 1st, Roe 2nd and Porto 3rd.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-7.jpg
Bertogliati and Kroon then form another break, which is unlikely to get very far. But with the memory of De Gendt's attack, you never know.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-8.jpg
With 32km remaining and on the final climb, Robert Gesink of Rabobank is looking very tired sitting at the back of the peloton on his own, going backwards.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-9.jpg
Back up the road, Roe and Porto literally ride away from Sabito and Fernendez, leaving them behind in their pursuit of the the two escapees.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-10.jpg
26km to go, Chavez feels the time is right and explodes out of the peloton! Race leader De Gendt will be right on his wheel along with Roldan (AND).
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-11.jpg
It was a fruitess attack, as they were brought back very quickly.Roe and Porto have 1m40s on this select group of riders, surprisingly including Gesink, and Kroon and Bertogliati have just over 3 and a half minutes. Roe and Haas are both feeling very good.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-12.jpg
Valls goes! Poels tries to shut it down. 7km remain and the two escapees are still ahead, 1m18s up the road. Porto and Roe are struggling, soon to be caught.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-13.jpg
Valls catches up to Roe in no time. He offers to work until he can work no more.
5km left, the leading pair now with only 40s.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-14.jpg
Bertogliati leads the sprint just inside the final kilometre. Does Kroon have enough in him to take victory here today?!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-15.jpg
No! He doesn't. Bertogliati is practically unchallenged for the last 500m. Kroon hit the wall at a vital time. Good ride by the swiss.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-16.jpg
And the next rider in is none other than Rafael Valls! He had a perfect sprint, holding off Chavez and catching and almost passing Kroon in the last meters. Will it be enough time to take the overall lead?
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/M-4-17.jpg
The next group comes in containing all the pre-race favourites, led in by Nathan Haas. Fantastic ride by the young Australian. De Gendt keeps the lead by a thread with only 1 stage left to race.

i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-prof.jpgThis is a vital day for Team JB HI-IFI. Valls is 16 seconds behind leader De Gendt of Vaconsoleil. Our plan is to attack on the final climb and go hard.Roe will be given freedom to defend his Mountains jersey. Today is all or nothing for Team JB HI-FI.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-1-1.jpg
The calm before the storm.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-2.jpg
Many breaks failed, but this attempt by J.Moyano (CJA) was the first to get away. B.Noval (SAX) and J.Megias (TT1) will join him.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-4.jpg
Roe follows Erviti (MOV) on the first climb trying to get away.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-5.jpg
Uncontested, Noval wins the first mountain sprint point. Roe was bought back very quickly.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-6.jpg
Moyano has gone solo and Noval and his compatriot have been bought back in. Mawrocki jumps to the front to keep him in check.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-7.jpg
Nearing the top of the next mountain point, Roe tries his luck again.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-8.jpg
Moyano takes full points. Second is Roe, third marcato. Roedrops back to the peloton, he has secured his Mountains jersey!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-9.jpg
Hitting the foot of the penultimate climb of the day, the Coll du Soler, a very steep climb. There is 63km left. Moyano has a 1'47" gap.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-10.jpg
Valls is positioned well going into the climb. He is surrounded by teammates.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-11.jpg
Moyano is over the summit again in first, Fernendez (BOA) and Morajko (VAC) second and third.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-12.jpg
Moyano wins the sprint, and Valls manages second, giving him a 4' time bonus!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-13.jpg
Another uncontested mountain point, Brusheghin (MOV) wins.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-14.jpg
...And Duarte is down! The Columbia Coldportes rider is the main helper of E.Chavez in this race, so a blow for the team. 34km to go. Moyano is caught.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-15.jpg
20km left! This is to be a very decisive final 20km.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-16.jpg
They're off! Gesink attacks with 13km remaining on the final climb. Noccentini, Tschopp and Valls grab his wheel. De Gendt has been caught out!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-17.jpg
Chavez, Valverde and De Gendt try to bridge the 30' gap.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-18.jpg
And with 8km left, it's all back together. Will it come down to a sprint?
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-19.jpg
Just under 5 kilometers to go and there's a courageous attack by Valls! It's all or nothing, he has to give it everything he's got left.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-20.jpg
2km left, He has a 10' gap, but Wout Poels and Johan Tshcopp are closing fast!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-21.jpg
Under the final kilometer to go banner and Valls holds on to a slender lead. They're going very fast behind as he begins to give it everything in his sprint!
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-22.jpg
200m left, he's still out in front, Chavez is going incredibly fast, will he catch Valls?
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-23.jpg
He has done it! Rafael Valls has won the Vuelta Mallorca by under 10'! What a fantastc ride. He will no-doubtedly remember this for a very long time.
i1144.photobucket.com/albums/o487/Edenb95/mc5-24.jpg
An amazing race by not only Valls, who also takes out the points rankings and the Young rider's rankings, but by the entire team!Tim Roe wins the KOM competition and Nathan Haas finishes 10th overall, fantastic result for him.

Note: Results are still looking odd. Sorry. And bold didn't work well in the results, probably my fault.

When you have the results from the Excel-file (export results), copy and paste them to this site. Select the entire text, click table width and select 100% (that's what I do). Do make the text bold, select each part seperately (first the number, then the name, then the team etc) and click B
That should do it.

I do copy and paste them, then use the table with 100%, but they turn out like they are here. Are there any coloumns I have to delete?

Maybe it goes wrong because of the spoiler?
I click firstly on spoiler, then on the tabel width. Always without problems....

That could be it, I do it the other way around. I'll try that next time. Thankyou Smile
