Amazing report!
And I finally achieve one of my season goals.

And congratulations to Jack Wolfskin, after failing in Qatar, they're really proving themselves to be the strongest machine in a team time trial.
The TTT in Qatar was too short for my train.

Yeah, I know, but I felt you deserved to be reminded of it, after a superb victory like this |

Cool, so this was a good result. In the end losing out on Jack Wolfskin and Milka is no shame. 3rd here is a good result...

How is the points calculated here? 5x or what?

The first 5 finishers from each team get points as it follows:
| 1 | 50 | | 2 | 35 | | 3 | 28 | | 4 | 25 | | 5 | 21 | | 6 | 18 | | 7 | 15 | | 8 | 13 | | 9 | 11 | | 10 | 10 | | 11 | 9 | | 12 | 8 | | 13 | 7 | | 14 | 6 | | 15 | 5 | | 16 | 4 | | 17 | 3 | | 18 | 2 | | 19 | 2 | | 20 | 1 | | 21 | 1 | | 22 | 1 |

Top-10. Nice. Not that it matters all that much though.

So the easy answer to my question was: Yes.

Ahh alright... No, I have the points calculator on my desktop. It has been heavily used btw. I always know exactly where my team is placed
But thanks

Then you should read the first line in the TTT sheet

Yeah, I did. Hence the question as to whether it was also 5 here. I though I heard something about 5 only applying for the TTT's of GTs or so. Or perhaps it was just a miscalulation of some race that gave you more points than you really got?

I think SN mentioned he made a mistake when doing the points for La Vuelta. But it didn't have anything to do with the number of riders that scored points. He just gave the 5 riders more than he should have.

Ahh alright... Well that was the cause of my question
But very nice to get 3rd here. Now I just need Fothen to perform at the Tour, so I can keep climbing. I reckon I should be around 7th after this race, and slowly getting the grib on Bacardi. 5th will be very tough to accomplish, but would be great, as it is a goal. If Fothen fails at the Tour I will be fucked next season, as I have then failed 3/5, and will most likely fail the last one also. Win the Giro di Lombardia. I should have sticked to the MSR like the previous season. It was the only goal I changed...

You are in a better position than me
So far I got 1/4 goals and I need to stay in the top 5 to get 2/5.

Great report, but more importantly, really nice result as 2nd place 'right' behind Jack Wolfskin is way better than I expected..

You are indeed ranked 7th after this race. 4th to 15th is separated by less than 1000 points. Its all nice and close

Hmm, looked good for most part of the race, but lost quite some time at the end, slightly disappointing.

I can live with 8th - especially as we finished with 5 riders. Strangely Joly led us home.... |

Bah. After that 1st intermediate time check I thought I had a podium in the bag. Clearly not.
