Landa optimistic ahead of the new season


Now in his second season with Euskaltel Euskadi after signing from the feeder team Orbea, Landa drops by to give us a blog entry about the upcoming season.

"My main role this season is to help our GC rider's Anton in Tirreno and the Giro and Sanchez/Anton in Pais Vasco. I have confident in my ability to do this and put them in the best condition to win these races. I am hoping I will have a free ride in Catalunya to try and get some good results under my belt. I hope for stage wins at the Giro aswell as helping out Anton, same for Tirreno".

"Many media reporters see me as the next Basque hope in terms of the GC, it is alot of pressure to follow what Anton and Sanchez have achieved with this team. I hope I will learn from these riders and the coaching staff at the team to improve and fuflfill the hope of a region and to life my dream. "
