Think you should go to another difficulty level, this is too easy!
Maybe, but hard level is sufficient to the main races like de ronde, roubaix, the three ardennes, Giro...etc etc. In January and february (also march) is easy to do great results.
Anyway, with my riders stats (77 HIL Marcato , is the highest) in that main races, will be hard to get good results.
Thans for your visit, maybe after middle of the season, i will level up
This may seem like a dumb question but which db are you using?
My current db doesnt have any extra continental races such as the Tour De San Luis or Tour of Wellington
Anyways, great story! Keep it up, I think this story is better than most of the others happening at the moment

@27incher: I use PCM.daily's Expansion Pack V1. And thanks for your comment.
@sutty68: Wait for main and important races, I think with Offredo (76 COB) will be exciting and non-one side in De ronde or Roubaix, and with Marcato (77 HIL) in three ardennes classics and with Coppel (76 MON) in the Giro. If my team was stronger or with superclass riders, obviuosly i would play in extreme level.
Seriously, January, February and maybe March calendar, isn't too hard to do a good results with any class of team.
A secondary cobbled-classic, in the final kms there were many attacks, and in the end,Degenkolb and Veelers defined the victory.
Spoiler

Our sponsor objective was Top 10 in the OC. So, We bring to this race Coppel and De Gendt, also we bring Marcato to prepare for Milan-Sanremo. Betancourt came to Paris-Nice to try to win KOM Jersey. Let's see what happened:
6/03 Stage 1 : Houdan - Houdan (154.5 km)

A normal day because the breakaway was caught. The stage was decided at sprint. Davis was the winner.
8/03 Stage 3 : Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire - Nuits-Saint-Georges (202.5 km)
Spoiler
Third day, with some dificults in the profile. 15 kms to finish O'grady attacks and De Gendt followed him.
10 kms to the finish, Hoste joined us, but the peloton was coming too fast
But De Gendt, did not surrender and continued attacking
5 kms to the finish, 30 seconds ahead of the peloton
De Gendt entered to the last km. with a low distance ahead of the peloton.
But at the end, De Gendt won the stage with 18 sec. ahead of the peloton led by Marcato. An excellent 1-2 for my team..
9/03 Stage 4 : Crêches-sur-Saône - Belleville (191 km)
Spoiler
A key day for the Mountain classification, Seven Mountain ports distributed enough to go leaving the classification defined. So Betancourt became part of the breakaway and took the best points in all ports.
10 kms left to the finish, Betancourt leds the race by some seconds
5 kms to finish, De Gendt attacks again and leds the race by a little distance.
The final attack by De Gendt.
And in a tightly way, De Gendt won another stage.

Spoiler
An stage with great difficulty because the climbs in the profile but very juicy for Betancourt that got into the breakaway of the day and left defined the classification of the mountain. My teammates protected De Gendt and Coppel very well, in the end, my leaders didn't lose time with L.L. Sanchez and Vinokourov, the most dangerous rivals in the TT. "Purito" Rodriguez won the stage and De Gendt obtained the leader jersey.
11/03 Stage 6 : Rognes - Aix-en-Provence I.T.T. (27 km)
Spoiler
Coppel did a really good time!!! only 23 secs behind T. Martin

All will be decided at the sprint.
And Voigt was the faster. But the most important, De Gendt was the winner of Paris-Nice.!!!!
A secondary cobbled classic, with few important rivals, so the full weight of the race fell on my team. And so it was, Offredo attacked 6 kms to the finish and won wihtout problems.
19/03/2011 Milano - Sanremo
Spoiler
Unfortunately there was no replay, I only can tell you with images, that the breakaway of the day, had 7 minutes of advantage, but at the final 60 kms, was neutralized, just shortly before coming to the Capo Mele and Cervo.
Flecha, Langeveld and Chavanel, just after having captured the breakaway of the day, attacked on the climb to the Capo Berta, 40 kms left, so I had to be vigilant.
There was the capture of Chavanel thanks to Garmin-Cervelo. Cancellara attacked in the short flat in search of Cipressa and carried off Ballan to his wheel.
The mythical Poggio came, where our hopes were set, but Marcato isn't a superclass rider, De Gendt either, so they had lost 1/4 of the bars, meanwhile, Cancellara and Ballan crowned Poggio with 30 sec ahead of Gilbert and Thor who went in search of the leading group ... Marcato and De Gendt suffered in Poggio, but they attacked and distanced themselves somewhat from the main group of 4 looking ahead.
Marcato and De Gendt couldn't catch the front group and, in the end:
Gilbert won MSR.
Marcato 5° and De Gendt 6°. A really good result.

A.I. is so stupid, i don't know why the peloton didn't caught the breakway, my team is weak and non-favorite. Anyway, the breakaway was succesful.
Stage 2
Spoiler
Another day, another A.I. stupid. So, I put Duarte into the breakway he finished 4°.
