I've voted for Rabobank. Why? Nationalism and some great young(er) riders that can develop into stars (Mollema, Kruijswijk, Gesink, Boom, Kelderman, and I believe even Bol).

Voted for Rabo as well. I predict there will be plenty of GreenEdge stories. Also it will be interesting to see if you manage to keep Gesink on the bike for a whole season |

It's good to see you back, i'll be looking forward to follow your story
I've voted for Omega Pharma - QuickStep. I think they have good a very good allround team and is able to win every type of races.
With Boonen and Terpstra for the cobbles, Ciolek and Steegmans for the sprints, Peter Velits and Leipheimer for the stage races and Chavanel and Martin for everything else.
In my opinion Omega Pharma - QuickStep is the most complete team in the world tour in 2012.
The opportunities with GreenEgde seems limited i think. They can do well in the sprints and some smaller stage races, but that's it i think. And i do also think that a lot of members on this forum will make a GreenEdge story - Don't know why, but appearently everybody seems to love this team
Yea, agreed. The only minus I could see as GreenEdge is that in few races in first season I would be a spectator. That's it. Especially in Giro
I'd say there are still three teams in the vote, so keep voting please/comments are very welcome too

Voted for OP-QS, because nobody is making stories with them + Velits brothers and Stybar, Martin = new fresh squad

Definitely great team and very nice jersey, maybe by any accident just take away Martin and add him to GreenEdge, with Martin you certain of winning lots of races so that the reason to take him away Would be fun playing Lepheimer too, dunno why
With Rabo I could see myself going for a goal, of doing Top 3 in all GT's or even to win two at least. Gesink doing Giro/Tour. Mollema/Sanchez doing Vuelta. And Krusijwik to help in two of the GT's. Should be challenging and fun. Along with Classics etc.
Altough GE has it strong points too. Should be fun team to manage, and transfer period would be probably most interesting as GE too. And I would have easier life of following the action at likes of Giro, Tour in the mountains too
Damn I am undecided Well please, vote / comment to those who didn't already
Thx for all the comments, and votes so far. Much appreciated

I have time until PCM Daily DB comes out, which I am working on in part and it's not coming soon. I will let you know in a week, and I will start thread in about two weeks time, we'll see how the progress with the DB is going

A question - would you rather me using random potential or ''realistic'' development ?

Random. Its more interesting for stories and it makes signing young (real) riders a challenge because you wont know how well they will grow, without cheating.
I regret not picking Random for my story
