They are all fine except for FuglsangxTH3's rider, whose sprinting stat is too high. And sutty68's rider is too skilled in climbing and time trialling. Please lower them, and I'll put you in tonight. |

Fabio is born in The Netherlands. He started cycling at the age of 6. At the age of 12 he went on a vacation to Austria, where he first encountered the mountains. He proved to have a lot of potential. He kept training in the mountains and every year he became faster and fitter. Now, at the age of 17, he is on his way to be the next Lance Armstrong, being in Austria twice a year to train, the rest of the time he trains in Holland. (sorry for the bad English)

This young Norwegian rider comes from the souther parts of Norway. When he grew up he was a big fan of riders like Vinokourov and Voeckler, and other riders that liked to attack. Christer is a real team player. He likes to attack, but have no problem with being there for a captain. He's not the best in any terrain, but his strongest ability is to take long turns pulling the peloton on the flats. This ability also makes him a good time trialist. He hopes to one day become world champion, but sees that he will have to work hard to achieve that goal.

I think you've started this a bit wrong with giving everyone a max stat to create their rider after. To give you an example of what I mean:
- A rider is 28 years old, probably the peak of his career and he is not much more than an average rider. (probably why everyone makes a young rider...)
- A rider in the age of 26/27 - 32/33 would also have much higher stamina stats than a rider at 20 or below.
- Instead, with a rider with 70 in every stat makes a total of 910 skill points (SP). You should try to work out a system where the total amount of SP match the riders age. That way I think it would make for a much more realistic way of choosing the stats for a rider.
So let's say riders under 20 will have about 700 SP to create their stats with, theres also probably best if theres a stats cap here, like no stats over 72 (except downhill and fighter) without a stats cap like that they could put some stats at 85 but with a limited number of SP all the other stats would be reduced a lot if they did that.
Thats all I had on my mind right now.
Also just one last thing, potential should be random for more enjoyment |

Fell in love with cycling after the 2010 Road World Championships in Geelong. Cadel Evans was his hero growing up after his 2011 Tour de France win and is his mentor and tries to ride like Cadel.

thanks for your opinion. Here is my rebuttal.
- First of all, I made a feeder-team, and not a pro team because I knew that no matter what restrictions I put on them, people were still going to make young riders. So I thought, I'll let them make young riders, but with low stats. I only wanted a couple older riders, and brave people who didn't mind there riders not developing a lot, would make them. If a 28 year old is in his prime, and any good, why would he be on a feeder team?
- The stamina thing I didn't really think about, so I'll change a couple of the older riders STA stats.
- I like your idea about the skill points, I think that could work! Maybe next time..
- In the end, all I wanted was a 'your riders' story, except without 21 year old riders with 82 MO, 80 TT and 75 SP.
Phew. Thats all I had on my mind right now.
And also, random potential sounds good. |

@valverde321 I know, none ever succeed! Let's hope for some good luck this time!
Fabio Gorel is nice, I'll add him.
Terjesen is good, I like him. But could I lower his TT stat to 66? It's just 68 is the max, and you didn't say he was a specialist, so 66 sounds fair?
Tom Foley is cool too, it's nice to see some Aussies on here! But, like Terjesen, could I slightly lower his TT stat to 66? 68 seems low, but for an 18 year old, it's fair I think. Also can SP go down to 62?
Thanks, only 4 spots now after I add one more rider... |

After being born on the 1st of January, Jhon's father believed he would have good luck his whole life. And he wasn't wrong. Jhon loved cyling with his friends in high school, but could never keep up on the mountains they would climb. he soon discovered he had a rare ability for a Colombian cyclist, he could sprint. He concentrated on his sprinting, and has grown stronger and stronger, and developed into a skilled time-triallist too. He dominated the local races in his area, and soon got a name for himself, coming 1st in the U23 National Championhsips, which was for the first time in 14 years, held on a flat ground. Signing with Comcast is just the begging for young Muñoz. |

I also add a hint if possible. When finished the recrutation, you can add some stat points for the older guys, increasing the skill of the speciality. But this is only a hint, its up to you what to do |

A young rider that has had a real passion for the sport of cycling for a few years. Liked, and well loved by those in Adelaide, he had some strong results. But he never made it into SASI or AIS. Instead, ex-professional cyclist, and National Series Team Manager of Jayco-2XU, Patrick Jonker, signed him into the national ranks where he developed quickly, becoming very strong. All it took was for someone to believe. Now, signed to a professional feeder team, he hopes to develop as a strong time trialist and cobbles rider, much like his hero Fabian Cancellara.
Also, I love these stories
Edit: I don't mind if you change any of this around... Just leave the name!
