I would like to be a sprinter as well as ardennes helper, thanks and good luck!

Don't wanna offend you, but..... 14 years old and Sp 77?? That's not very realistic....
These kind of stories can be nice, but you have to use realistic ages of your riders, betweetn 20-35 and not eveyrbody with an average of 75 and higher... But that's my huble opinion.

That is a correct viewpoint...

Second division, i think. Its a good ground to training up all the boys and i think the promotion its safe.
What difficulty you plan yo use?

Jeremy Richardson is a South African sprinting all-rounder who learnt his trade on a mountain bike. He is hoping to step up to the pro ranks because he is finding racing is South Africa too easy (he has even been beating the elite men in sprint finishes).

Its weird to see 18-23 years guys with stats near 80. Common guys, be a little reasonable.

If you wish you can lower my riders stats to what you find reasonable, just as long as he is a climber.

Finnish road captain who has been in the game for a long time. He won the u23 world champs as youngster, but never really took the next step. Now he is mostly known for his aggressive riding and his downhilling skills.
