Those teams are Garmin - Cervélo, Geox - TMC, Movistar, Acqua & Sapone, Andalucia - Caja Granada, De Rosa - Ceramica Flaminia and Champion System. |

You can get PCT just by applying and paying more money, and Spidertech need it for Quebec and Montreal
