Go away danice,
now anyway i did download the races on Pro cycling manager forum ( The link CrueTrue send me) and placed the downloads in Program files(x86)/ Cyanide/ Pro cycling manager 2011/ CM_stages.
after that i did downloaded PCM Fast Editor and made at STA_race The tour du Mali and i filled in :
Gene_sz_race_name: Tour Du Mali
Gene_sz_race_name_nolincence: Tour du Mali
Country : Ken(When i made Mali at country's my pc crashes ..)
fkIDnewUCI_class: Cont11
fkIDseason_class: 0
fkIDfirst_stage: Niena - Bougouni
fkIDlast_stage: Senou - Bamako
Popularity: 10
gene_i_number_stages: 6
constant: tourdumali
gene_sz_classification.xml: cont11.xml
fkIDType_tour: PETITS_TOURS_VAL_NOTT
gene_b_aso: nothing
and at stages i did fill in everything needed and linked the stages with the race .. ... . .. what am i doin' wrong? |

Cont11 is just for one-day-races. For a 6-stages-race you need Cont21.. but first of all: when does your game crash?

Ye well not my game i typed it wrong but when i choose the country Mali the Editor is determined and i can only change the files of the stage that i just changed the country to Mali |

Hmm, I do not understand everything correctly  But it seems like adding your Mali-country is the problem then. Maybe try to add the race without adding a new country first.

Now it becomes even weirder xD now i can choose to race it in career but there are no races
so when i look to season or career i can see tour du mali but no races ...? |

fkIDfirst/laststage should be the numbers (IDs) of the stages in STA_stage, not names. |

Huh but with PCM Fast editor i have to choose between stages i can't type something there.

I would guess that FkIDType_Tour dictates the kind of riders the AI will select. The values are defined in the tab Sta__type_tour. This table gives weights to different rider attributes.
Type 1 is a Grand Tour if you choose this and your race is has cobbles you will end up with Contador on cobbles.
Never tested this but it seems logical. Others may be able to confirm. |

Ye ok but i found it out so no problems anymore 
Edit: There is -.- Everything is ok i can play it and it works fine but when i start career with the races .. the game crashes -.-

Please tell us, what you've changed/edited/added.. I mean, all the things you changed in your edited DB. You did not only added this race, did you?

i did add Tour of Okinawa, Taiwan, Mali, Colombia, Guatamala, Wellington, Jayco Herald tour, Tour of Southland, Chrono Gatineau, Geelong Tour, Jelajah Malaysia, Lincoln Grand Prix, Tour de Mumbai 1, Tour de Mumbai 2, Tour of South-Africa i did link them with the game via The PCM Main Editor because when i did it with PCMDaily's fast editor it didn't work ..... |

PCM Main Editor.. did you use cont2.2 for any of these added races? As far as I remember, this won't work with the Main Editor, which comes with the game. Try to add every race as 2.1 or 1.1 (for the one-day-classics).. and change it to 2.2 afterwards (with an Editor like Lachi's or FastEditor only).
But, anyway: Seems very strange, that 2001 DB (which you didn't edit, right?) now also crashes.
