Hello,
based on salite.ch and climbbybike.com data, value, Grosse Oscheniksee's climb is harder then Angliru or Zoncolan

Last 9,5 - 10 kms: 13% avg, but often 14-15%, few times 18-19-20% .

There was a climb in the Vuelta a few years ago that finished on a skinny gravel road. Was not that hard at the start but once they transferred onto the gravel it was a mess. Hopefully someone can help me out with the stage and name. Thanks

It was Cuitu Negru I was thinking of thanks. Where they paved a completely new section just for the Vuelta in 2012. I am going with that climb as from what I read it hits 24% near the top.
