This was just a clear penalty for Hannover. Don`t have any idea how the ref haven`t seen this.
Even the lines man had to see it.
Therefore yellow after every foul...

The referee is a joke, same as last weekend against Berlin. We have no luck with refs these days. |

The ref against Berlin was indeed a joke especially for Hannover.
This one is at least bad for both teams, although the penalty was probably worse for Hannover.
Go Hannover. 7min to fight and still no changes from Slomka.^^ |

Yeah, most of the yellows were well earned for us. Stindl and Schmiedebach play so bad today. |

This is just so awesome.
I still remember when I was in the Stadium and Hannover was still 2nd Bundesliga with Otto Addo and Gerald Asamoha. |

Yeah that legendary game against cologne, Asamoah and Addo <3. Or the 3rd division promotion games against TeBe and Cottbus. Legendary in the old stadium.
Nice, that i'll be able to get the chance to actually see an euroleague game in the arena.
Wont miss my chance for a ticket this time.
Slomka is just such a great coach.

So one of the dirtiest teams in Europe has been eliminated. Well done, Hannover.
Such a fail by Roma, Partizan and the Old Firm, btw.

You don`t really mean the great game against Fortuna Köln with Toni Schumacher being their coach, aren`t you?
I was there in the old stadium on the awesome wood benches.
Was one of my first live games in professional football.
And 3rd division against Cottbus is still one of the biggest jokes in German football history imo.
@Kumazan: Indeed it was pretty dirty. Both teams but Sevilla`s red in the 90th minute was surely well deserved. |

Oh, I didn't see the match, but Sevilla's always dirty. Always. They dominate every way of cheating, and I mean every way.

Just like Barcelona then. Saw some minutes of the Roma game, they played well until man of the match Totti was substituted. After that it wen't downhill. Slovan Bratislava scored a goal, but they didn't create any chances after Totti went of the pitch. |

Shamrock Rovers have also qualified as the 1st Irish team in a group stage of an European Cup in a long time. (and I think it might be the first time)
And Sporting won 2-1, with their best player... Capel. ( ) |

Hannover 96 vs Kopenhagen seems like a nice duel here.
Good luck with their group actually. Hannover`s alternative was Group A with Kazan/Tottenham and Group C with Eindhoven/TelAviv. |

Don't underestimate Standard though. They could surprise in this group.
Brugge willl probably fail in there group and Anderlecht has good chances of going through.
Pozzato sucks!

I don`t underestimate them, also Kopenhagen won`t be easy.
But it`s definitely the better group than the other 2 in my opinion.
At least there is no big favourite in this group imo. |

Next to Group A the Group I is pretty hard.
Udinese/Atletico/Rennes/Sion. Would be a great fun to see Celtic replacing Sion then. Would mean another top1 or 2 as top4 team in this group.

Happy with the group with two rivals from neighbour countries. Only one big trip to ukraine.
I'll take those additional 6 games as extra festival days for us.
I saw the U19 Teams of Kopenhagen and Hannover battling it out this january, with the better end for us. (0:1)

It seems to be the group of death. I'll go to Rennes see one or two matches, probably.
Problem is Rennes will probably use some of those matches for turn over... |
