I think this is far, far nicer than the real kit. However, if I may, a couple of suggestions -
I think it'd look nicer without the basque flags, they're too dominant, and seem a little out of place, though it's merely my opinion. Removing them would let you have a larger Euskaltel logo, making it dominant.
Also, the way you have the red, green and white stripes on the back, makes it seem as though the white line is missing from the front. In fact, on the front, I think if there was a white stroke between the green and the orange gradient, and one between the red and the orange, it'd break it up a little bit more, and look a bit better.
Again, this is all just personal opinion. You're making excellent jerseys as ever, and are undoubtedly one of my favourite designers.

Leopard will not feature on the jersey with the name though. The team will be called radioshack-Nissan-Trek (btw. Dont make the name longer than it is already). The team will only be licensed under the leopard SA...

Can't you guys stop using a guys request thread, which is currently closed, to ask such questions? There is a search function for a reason. To answer your question, that's the path to the folder you need to edit. Open 'Computer', and you'll figure it out.
