Very ambitious goals, but if you will snatch Boonen and create a real flat powerhouse from your team (well even better than you have now), it is all nicely possible to achieve. Good luck with that mate.

Evian - MIAT wonder if Erik Mohs will be allowed to leave and if so, whether Pokerstars would want money or riders in a transfer, as they don't have much in that second department? |

AMEXpc is very interested in John Degenkolb and we have a very unique offer to make. Look forward to hearing from us in the transfer season. |

Mohs and Degenkolb leaving?
Statement from HQ: "Both sprinters are indespensable part of our team and we must refuse any offers from other teams. Besides, Degenkolb is still growing and spending season outside of PT wouldn´t help him at all. We want to thank you for your interest, but answer is ´NO´."
Anyway, Samuel Dumoulin mentioned somewhere he wouldn´t be against moving to newly promoted French PCT team

Transfers in
We cannot count ourselves as very active team during just finished transfer period. The main goal, signing of Belgian Superstar Tom Boonen, was achieved quit soon. We declared before that we want to sign him at any prize and had to eventually pay 1.000.000€. Together with Tom, another cobblers strenghtened our team. While Vim de Vocht (came from Pearl Adidas) is pure cobble rider and will be Tom´s luxury domestique, Timothy Dupont can also ocasionally work as a lead-out man in our sprint train. We are happy we can welcome all three Belgians in our team!! On the other hand we unfortunately failed to sign any luxury domestique for José Rujano, who will stay without any support in mountains...
Loans in
Two more riders will represent our team in upcoming season. Johim Ariesen (Rothaus - Aegon) is decent sprinters who can learn a lot from our elite sprinters. We don´t expect anything big from him though. Second loanie comes from Team Bpost and he´s not noone else than twin brother of Jelle Wallays, Welle Jallays!!! Welle is a great fighter and we cannot wait for confusion of race reporters when both brothers will race together! It won´t be probably easy, but we´ll definitely try to sign him permanently from season 2014.
Transfers out
Our transfer policy was quite simple this year. We wanted to keep our team as much together as possible. As a result, only our two Costa Rican fellows, Marco Guillén and Henry Raabe left our team. Both has signed with newly born CT team Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. Guys, we want to thank you for your services and wish you all the best in your new team!
Tom Boonen wins in Paris - Roubaix 2012. Will he defend the title in our green jersey in 2013?

I already hate reporting on your team for adding Welle Jallays to Jelle Wallays. Very annoying move by you.
But you will help me improving Ariesen, who actually has a perfect teacher in Boonen to improve on his sprint and cobbles.
Interesting to see that the top cobblers will ride for newly promoted teams this season.

Jallays will enjoy riding in your team this year. Or is it Wallays? I'm confused already.

My race planning is at about 40% atm and I can proudly say that where is Wallays, there is Jallays and vice versa
I doubt Ariesen will ride with Boonen together at any race, but it looks like he´ll participate in 2 GT´s instead!

Tom Boonen conquered Qatar!!!
Tour of Qatar, first PT stage race in the season, is well known because of pan flat terrain and strong wind. Nightmare for mountain fleas, Paradise for fast sprinters. Ideal terrain for our team!!! We brought very strong team here, with Tom Boonen as a leader, supported by Erik Mohs or Dan Holloway. Both Erik and Dan could be easily set (and will be in upcoming races) as leaders too, but not in race, where Tommeke participates. And our extremely strong sprint train worked fine in opening stage!
Tom Boonen won easily in his first race in green jersey!! But our dream didn´t end yet. Second stage - and second win!!
After that, whole team including Tom mainly started to concentrate on maintaining yellow jersey, giving opportunity to other sprinters. Luckily, nobody from main competitors was able to move closer in GC and after last stage, short TT we could start celebrating. That´s it, Tom Boonen is a winner of Tour of Qatar 2013!!!
Consequently, he became provisional leader in PT rankings, ahead of Ben Swift (2nd here) and Daniele Bennati (4th):
1 | Boonen | Tom | Pokerstars.com | BEL | PT | 482 | 2 | Swift | Ben | Vesuvio-Accumalux | GBR | PT | 303 | 3 | Bennati | Daniele | Team Puma - SAP | ITA | PT | 269 | 4 | Bewley | Sam | Milka - AVG | NZL | PT | 236 | 5 | Cunego | Damiano | Lotto - Cervélo | ITA | PT | 225 |
Regarding to teams, we occupy fantastic 2nd place, behind last PT winner Vesuvio-Accumalux. We have no chance to keep this position for a while, but it´s really nice view right now:
1 | Vesuvio-Accumalux | 662 | 2 | Pokerstars.com | 565 | 3 | Team Puma - SAP | 507 | 4 | Wiggle Professional Cycling Team | 464 | 5 | Lotto - Cervélo | 388 |
We expect quite poor February, when every decent single result will be welcomed. That´a all for today, Hail to Man-Game!!!

It was indeed a quite weird sprint in Australia, no real trains to be seen.. guess it was because of Franzoi's late attack, which made for a rather chaotic finish. Boonen did well though, even though every loss against Bennati may hurt you a bit

I don´t like that guy, who stretched his back at the very beginning of race
According to your report, Boonen and Bewley were probably the fastest men from sprinting bunch, but due to bad positioning the 3rd B could start celebrating. I´m looking forward for revenge in upcoming clashes.
