Does anyone know why i cant open the local.cdb file in Lachi editor? I have the new PCMdaily db, but when i try to extract db, nothing happens. Its the same with my savegame

After you click on "Extract CDB", are you asked to select a file?
If yes, do you see a orange bar on the screen which starts to fill from left to right?
If yes, what is your understanding of "nothing happens".
If no, what does not work of the above mentioned things?

I see a orange bar, but after that has loaded, nothing more happens. So where do i find all the riders etc?

There are many tables in the DB. You have to select one to see the content.
The cyclists are in the table DYN_cyclist.

All the functions of the editor are in the ribbon. Look at the picture.

Hi. I have another problem with hard level.

It seems like the peloton doesn't care about catching the breakaway on flat stages if i don't participate. If i have about the 5th or 6th best sprinter, i would like the stage to end in a sprint, but don't want to pull the peloton alone.

The time difference between the break and the peloton is going the right way towards the finish, but the last 10km everything stops and the breakaway riders can fight between them for the victory. This happends way too often.

Anyone experience the same?

In my experience, cobbled races are an exception to the general difficulty level. With Gilbert I won MSR, Amstel, Fleche Wallonne, LBL, 5 stages in TdF (and the points competition) and 3 stages in Paris-Nice (and the GC) - but on cobblestones I was incredibly lucky to finish 3rd in Flanders and Paris-Roubaix and 2nd in Gent-Wevelgem. Which is completely realistic, because he should have trouble competing with Cancellara and Boonen - but the way the races are run is totally mayhem! I played on normal, obviously, and I will raise the difficulty level for my second season, but how will I ever win a cobbled classic then?
