Hey guys! Today was a relatively flat stage with some hills at the end.
Thomas Lövkvist got into the break of the day. Since our leader Rogers is clearly out of shape, our team decided to try and get the white jersey instead. Today it was worn by the one and only Eddy Boss! The points classification was also in reach for Edvald.
With 55 kilometres to go, the break, including Lövkvist had over five minutes. And with 20 kilometres left Kiryenka and Chavanel went for it! We had decided for me to be Boasson's leadout if it got to a sprint. With seven kilometes left the breakaway seemed to be able to stay and fight for the victory. Lövkvist, Preni, Hoste and Rast were in the front. As the breakaway was not to be caught, Boasson Hagen attacked with four kilometres to the finish line. Here is him attacking:

In the breakaway, the six other riders caught up with just a few hundred metres to go! Lövkvist was blown and had no chance in the sprint, but it was Kuschinsky who was the stongest!

Hagen's attack didn't win him anytime and he got the same time as the pack. He still leads the youth classification six seconds in front of me!
