Rename the folder "Pro Cycling Manager 2011" to "Pro Cycling Manager 2011 BACKUP" then start the game. In case there is a problem, you can just change it back without sweat.

It is really hard to know what is causing the problem because the game did run once. So something happened on your computer, it could be some of your action or because the game crashed.

This is my instruction to remove everything from your system:
- Uninstall the game
- Delete pcm folder in my documents
- Delete pcm folder in %APPDATA% (type it in the explorer bar, then press enter)

This is how to start a "clean" game:
- Install the game
- Install the patch 1.0.3.0
- Rename the video folder* (C:\Program Files\[PCM2011]\Videos)
- Unplug your internet*
- Switch off your Anti virus*
- Start the game

*The Intro-videos and the Anti-Virus might not be you problem, but what do I know.

what i need to do now ??
