My bet is on Rojas vs. Velits vs. Cunego vs. Gilbert in a small group sprint
EDIT: and maybe add Hushovd to that bunch

If offense is the best defence, does it mean that defence is the worst defence?

How can you possibly be shocked having seen him survive the stage 4 and 8?

I have Pineau on this. On paper it should be one for Chavanel, but seeing how badly he is performing ATM it must go to his teammate. They need to show themselves quite badly by now after the Omega show this year.

It's time for a French victory !!! Voeckler, Chavanel, Pineau.... Would be nice for the Tour de France. I think there will be no time gaps between the gc riders in this stage. I'm a bit disappointed about Gesink what is going on with him ? |

His crash reduced his capacity.

Pre-race Tweets:
@mattgoss1986 Matt Goss
3xcat 3's, 3xcat 2's and 2xcat 4's! What a day ahead.....oh and rain!
@MarkCavendish Mark Cavendish
You want to know the sick thing about #TdF? I'm rather quite tired, yet GC riders haven't 'really' started yet. #damnyoufasttwitchmuscles
@spokesmen david harmon
Another wet start for the Tour in Issoire. A lot of boys looking forward to the rest day I can tell you that.
@Mark_Renshaw Mark Renshaw
France weather you are not nice to us. Please send some dry days our way...
@swiftybswift Ben Swift
I guess the rain is the biggest supporter of this years tour.

We better call the GUM clinic. @tvangarderen88 has got a spotty helmet. twitpic.com/5o0owc

Edit:
Forgot a Tweet from David Millar last night which I think sums up how the team feel:
@millarmind David Millar
Lion Pride. We're not even attempting to pretend we're blasé about this.

Juanma Garate abandons as a result from his injuries sustained during the crash in stage 5. The same crash that involved Gesink and Brajkovic.

Vino has a long history of putting in big attacks one day and blowing a gasket and losing 10 minutes the next as a result of the effort
The preceding post is ISSO 9001 certified
