No I have no ideas because you did not give any information.
Did you extract the downloaded file into a now folder including subfolders?
Which file(s) did you open? If you struggle opening the downloaded file, then you need to download a tool like 7-zip.

I wanted to download the lachi's editor v0.8, but when i click on it, Adobe reader comes but it says the sentence i said before, also its ending with .rar, maybe that does something idk lol

I am not sure that I understand you because it is not possible to open a file before you have downloaded it.

This is how you download:
1. Click the link
2. Select where to save it (for example your desktop)
3. Wait until it has been downloaded

This is how you extract:
1. Make sure that 7-zip is installed
2. Right click the downloaded file
3. Point at 7-zip, then select "extract here"

This is how you start the editor:
1. Go to the extracted folder
2. Double click on LachisEditor

This is how you edit:
1. Click the star
2. Click "extract cdb"
3. select your save
4. do the editing
5. click the star
6. Click "export to cdb"
7. Give a file name (do not overwrite your save in case you messed up)
You can then select and load the newly created file in the game

BTW: Why did you send me a PM after asking here? I thought you didn't want to spam. But sending PMs is spamming, especially if you already posted the same question before.

I said you should extract your save and the save is here: my documents\pcm11\users\your name\database\solo\name of DB\

Should have been obvious if you would have followed my instructions (step 7) and would have looked at the file name(s) shown in the game.
