question 2 is more of a scenario: if I train an averge 70.4 rider who has a 75 flat to 76 flat, which ups his avg to 70.6 and then train his stamina from 68-69, do I calculate the second training cost as a 71 as opposed to a 70?
Or is the 68-69 calculated from the average in the db?
The average is re-calculated after each training plan. So it would be slightly cheaper for you to specify that the stamina training should be done first.

I read that training age limit is for riders born in 1982 and later are those who are possible to train.
Will that rule out riders born in 1981 or 1983? It would be easier for me to understand if the rule said "older" or "younger".

Younger riders are ok.
30 years of age or higher are past it!

Anyone under the age of 30, who is at the level of 4.100 experience, is eligible for training. Yes.

I might have understood 99% of the system. But it just says that a 3.xx rider can`t get 4.100 in one season.
But what about a 4.0 rider. Is he able to max out completely to 4.100?

What's the age limit for Tour de l'Avenir? And is it still 20xp for it? |

20xp for it, whatever level the rider is - and this XP gets added on first, before XP from normal conti races
Those born on or after 28/8/1989 are eligible
If CT teams want their riders involved in Avenir though, they should not send them to race in Colorado, Melinda and Plouay

Yes.
You can train a rider up by as many stat points as you can afford, if you like.

Regarding XP for Level 1 riders - if i send them to a Pro Tour Race will the XP get added on after the others, or do they get none? |

Added on at the end (only if they get to level two without them though)

Asking a question I know I should be able to find the answer to, but I don't.
I'm tweaking my database so I know just what my team will look like pretransfers, but I can't find the list of decrease. I know that my riders from 1979 will decrease but how much, and who else will increase, and by how much?
