Super work AN Freeman and thanks for splitting them up into the various jerseys. As someone else said I am surprised by how well the colors show up making each jersey quite distinctive. I still need sunglasses to view the webeffect jersey .
Will be sure to use them in my season previews that I will write following the transfer season and I will have a think about how to use them in my race reports.

Glad everyone likes them
My initial idea for their use was to have them either alongside or as a replacement for team names in long listings. For example, I've taken a small sample from one of your reports, Smowz, and included the jerseys how I think they could potentially be used.
He was joined initially by Faiers (Vesuvio ), Brandt (Carmuese ), Manchebo (Jack Wolfskin ), Cunha (Energie Diesal ) and Mori (Sony Ericsson ). These riders were then joined on the next climb by Eibegger (Domina Vancanze ), Denifl (Festina ), Reimer (Philips ), Ardila Cano (Cafe de Columbia ) and Brizuela(Lipton Iced Tea ). This made a solid breakaway of 12 riders.
I feel this helps people who don't necessarily follow the races avidly, or for those who haven't such a good memory for team colours, to easily associate a name with a team. Perhaps it's not so important for a breakaway, like in this example, but would be exceptionally useful when listing a favourites group in a mountain stage, for example.
(Also, I've used teams 2012 jerseys, despite the text referring to 2011 names. It's merely an example.)

Looks a bit cluttered, I was thinking something more like this:
Initially five riders joined the attack:
Faiers (Vesuvio)
Brandt (Carmeuse)
Manchebo (Jack Wolfskin)
Cunha (Energie Diesal)
Mori (Sony Ericsson)
On the next climb five more brave riders joined the move:
Eibegger (Domina Vacanze)
Denifl (Festina)
Reimer (Philips)
Ardila Cano (Cafe de Colombia)
Brizuela (Lipton Iced Tea)

A solid break of 12 riders
Certainly looks very nice, racking my brains for where that image is from, is it Siene-Marne-Siene or Badaling International or something like that feels like a classic!

Smowz, that looks far better Hopefully they'll get used now then, haha.
Also, good to see them all appearing in people's signatures. I feel loved...
Edit: Oh yeah,I copied it from Siene-Marne-Siene (or something.) Just was the first one that I saw without any teams that no longer exist.

I think Orlen are missing from the list, though there does appear to be doubts about that team at present.

I intentionally missed them out, since I don't know if they exist at all.
Everyone else: glad you all like them. And thanks for complimenting my work, makes it all worthwhile

Very nice idea! And if there is an Excel file available with a team name in one cell, and the whole [img] code in a cell next to it, it wouldnt be too hard to incorporate into reports, and Id definately consider doing so.
However, imo, it would work best as:
Faiers
Brandt
Manchebo
Cunha
Mori
rather than
Faiers (Vesuvio)
Brandt (Carmeuse)
Manchebo (Jack Wolfskin)
Cunha (Energie Diesal)
Mori (Sony Ericsson)
as including the team name is repetition, and the point of the mini jerseys seems to me to be a good way to include the data of which teams are represented, without the tedious task of writing each and every team name over and over again

I don't know, as someone who has a terrible memory of other team's jerseys, it seems like the clarification would be useful. I do see your point though.

At the start of the season, the jerseys are hard to remember yes. It all looks new and confusing for the first few races, whether youre a new manager or not, but you get used to them pretty quickly.

@SN, I'll compile the excel file later on today, then upload it here.

I think I would be having a hard time knowing which team was which even at the end of the season. I would probably end up memorizing specific riders of specific teams who could pose a threat to my team, rather than recognizing the entire bunch of jerseys.

Anyone who follows the ManGame at all closely across the season should fairly quickly be able to recognise the jerseys of all teams (in their own division at least) imo.

I'll try to do that then. Jerseys doesn't mean much to me though... I'm much more into the statistically and tactical stuff. I don't even remember who are manager of which team. I'm trying to learn though

It's going to take me all season to figure that out as well, I'm horrible at remembering names. But I'm sure I will get it eventually.
