Oh, another change I forgot to mention. If you go too low on a rider, they will not be best pleased, and demand an even higher wage in the next round!

Does their demanded wage lower as before?

If a rider thinks you are taking them seriously, then they will usually provide a lower wage demand for Round 2, yes. If however, they feel a little offended by such a weak offer then they will go the other way, and the demanded price for Round 2 will be higher.

Had I known that I would have gone with a very different approach in the first round

Does the change in their demanded wage reflect what they would accept as a minimum possible wage?

Maybe it does, maybe it doesnt.
Riders will always accept if you offer them what they ask for in Round 1, but whether their absolute minimum changes, Im not going to say.

Ok, so if I am way off, then add 180,000 to the offer, it may not be enough as their wage demands could have gone up?

Answering that question is the same as answering the previous question, and like I said, Im not answering that question!
But at no point have I guaranteed that if you are told you are Way Off, and add 180k, you will definately sign the rider.

That was valuable information, as I was about to bid WAY under for some of my riders...
Good thing I didn't send straight away.

The fine is 2x the amount you are over.
So if after Renewals, you have spent 3,600,000 on salaries, you incur a 200,000 fine.

All teams should now have received their budgets, while all existing teams should also now have received Renewals files. PM me if this is not the case.
9 teams have already finished! And theres already been a couple of interesting developments.

I want to ask a question relating to cap salary included in file with renewals. Is this cap valid only for renewals part of game or can I go over this (without any fines) during transfer period?
