You can't click on the "Assistant" box? The one who is marked blue on your screenshot?
If you can't, it's really weird, and I have no clue what to do  |

You have to left click on the staff you want. After clicking, you should get three buttons, does that work ?
Otherwise, this is very strange.

This is what happens then. New text but nothing else.
@ Alakagom: First picture is clicked on the attacker trainer, second on the assistant. There are no 3 buttons.

You should go to this bug forum and report, maybe admin will fix it for you.
I have no idea at all what's wrong though. Must be very rare bug.

It looks like this for me:
It's maybe something wrong with the web browser you use? I use Chrome, and it works for me, which one do you use?
Edit: Nice you found out 
I'm doing horrible in this game. Playing with Napoli, sitting 16th after 29 games. Guess I'm doing bad things on the tactics

I always fail with big teams, and do allright enough with small teams. This is horrible!

Anyone else having problem with getting on the web site? After the changes they did, I can't get on the page more than once per browser / without having to delete some info capsules (or whatever it is called).
