David's Blog
Its January 5th now and I've just arrived in France about 36 hours ago. I have really been enjoying the food, and it really helps that I speak french or else I think I would have difficulty living here. Yesterday we had a light training camp just to get our legs back in shape. Today I decided to bring along my phone, to take some videos and pictures.
This is us just riding in the calm countryside.
Next we pass a mill, which I used to try and show my photography skills to the rest of the team, but they were a lttle more critical.
And finally we have a picture of the guys doing some sprint training. But after that it started to drizzle rain and I didn't want to bring my phone out anymore. All in all a good second ride with the team. I'm looking forward to the team presentation in a couple of days, and then the team bonding activities.
Bye for now.

Thanks everyone!
Mostly that last post was just to stall (if you couldn't tell) but I also wanted to show off my new graphics card and power supply.
Hopefully I can have the next few things up just after the PCM.Daily 2011 db is released.

Nice graphics.
A little bit.
And thanks. That was without any saturation or anything like that. I also have a question, which do you prefer ? no saturation or Light and Saturated? I actually prefer none at all....

Promising story

None at all is a bit boring, in my opinion. You should at least add shadows! |

I cant add shadows. My graphics are maxed out other than shadows, but thats the only thing that really slows down my game even on setting 1, which doesn't even look that good imo, atleast not until a higher setting.

I'm not 100% sure what you just said there!
But I'm sure it was a positive comment about my graphics being the shizzle around the tizzle fo shizzle.
And I even used this site to try and understand your sentence better.

Team Presentation
So I had a nice weekend in France to enjoy myself. I was trying to get some alone time to shop and explore the area around the team headquarters. I've already found out that the women are really beautiful here and that the food is magnificent. (I'll try to keep my next reports more focused on cycling)
Meeting the team was lots of fun. We basically fooled around for 25 minutes, before the photographer who was late, finally decided to show.
Next I saw the list of all the riders on the squad, although I actually knew everyone that was gonig to ride for Europcar, it helps to write it down somewhere.
The team manager J-R Bernaudeau has already said he sees a lot of promise in me, and thinks I could be a future star of the squad. My first few months race calendar has been given to me, but I'm too tired to put it up now, so I'll do that in the morning. Bye for now.

His stats are looking quite nice. Also Arashiro and Voeckler very strong even if it`s a one person story.
Looking forward to the first race. |

Thanks. I thought since he was Criterium champ he deserved a higher flat and sprint stat, plus his TT has always been his strongest point.
And Voeckler I only changed his mountain +2 and Arashiro +1 in sprint, compared to the original db stats.
BTW Game Info added to the 1st post.

Race Calendar
This list is only for the races I will participate in up until the end of April, as thats all I've been told by my manager. I'm happy with the races I was chosen for.
01/02.GP la Marseillaise | 14/02-19/02.Tour of Oman | 27/02.Omloop Het Nieuwsblad | 20/03.Classique Loire Atlantique | 21/03.Cholet-Pays de Loire | 04/04.GP de Rennes | 17/04.Tour du Finestere | 25/04.East Midlands Classic |
Personal Goals
My goals for this stretch of racing is to be on the podium twice and to help out my leaders as much as possible. And I want to become a better cobbler so I can be a true all-rounder.

National Champions in Outback
In the blistering hot country of Australia 2 riders have won their respective National Championships. Heinrich Haussler won the AUS NC Road Race and Cadel Evans won the TT. For Haussler this is a dream come true. He recently switched to Australian nationality from German, because he was born in Australia but moved to Germany at a young age.
