Bad TT for Konovalovas, weird seeing Raisin and Rollin beat him.
Anyway, both Raisin and Ignatas are well placed for a top 10. |

And yet, who has the most points? And who has won the most amount of races/stages? Need I continue...?
Though it don't half tick me off to be continually beaten by Stannard. |

Who has the 610,000 wage, and who has the 50,000 wage?

Well I had forgotten about hard man Jelloul who makes it 4 riders in the top 40 - with Kilun the top man 13th after a solid TT. Hoping the hilly ones may allow Roman to pick off a couple of places a top 10 here would be fantastic. Dempster and race leader Stannard are most vulnerable, the tactics of the next couple of stages should be interesting. It would be fantastic if Augustyn could make some places too.
I do think a group will get away on Stage 4 - but it did not quite work out that way last year.

Disappointed in that ride, but at least there weren't any time gaps... |

Stannard winning the TT here? The CT time - trials aren't what they used to be
I remember a certain team doing an 1-2 in this race last year

Its great, everybody saw the ton of points Jack Wolfskin got in CT TTs, and yet the majority ignored it and went for the usual climbers instead. And Stannard reaps the benefits. (And Ignatiev does so aswell, of course)

The majority went for the climbers, yes, but there ware also more climbers than great time - trialists on the market (and those that were available most went to the PT, where teams have more money to spend).
I'm sure plenty of managers intended to go for a rider like Cornu, but with no such rider being available they focused on something else.

This looks way better. Thor did solid TT + stage win in the next stage and it looks like a good race for me now.
I hope and think stage 5 will end quite identically like stage 4.

Very much similar to last years race really - but with Wiggle in control things may play out a little differently in the last stage.
Kirylenka should have ridden better there, but of course Stannard is the real lucky one. TTers are like cobblestoners like golddust because of their reliability.
For Red Bull not much to make of it - Kilun could have gained a place or two but nothing more than that.

Exactly - there was exactly no TT'ers freely available last transfer season. |

Hmm seems my team will be in high course then... One 78, two 77 and 3 76's I think :-)
Bid away :-D

Yes, but most were traded for other riders, which were also quite good in the time - trials. (Reus for Plaza, Coppel for Phinney)

Weren't free agents, though. And for those TT-ist, he had to do some big deals.
@ SotD: Those are rather useless with those hill-stats, except for Dees.
