Well, I'm happy enough to take the mountains jersey - for a day only I assume. |

Not really pleased with Dekker's performance - but anything is still possible. |

Excellent stage for Intxausti! Cunego showing he could win any race, yes, but getting a good gap on the rest of the field, along with Fothen, is good news.

The positive. Castaño seemed in very good shape here, and if that continues, he could be set for top 10...
The negative. La Gazzeta, Vesuvio and Pearl seems set for the podium. That is bad for our overall pointchase. Now hoping that those teams doesn't get too many stagewins...
Samuel Sánchez did quite well also btw.

So far so good.
As well as Pozzo keeps finishing ahead of Popo and Henao Montoya I'll be happy.

Well, look who showed up for the race
Nice to have a gap on some of the competitors but 40 seconds are nothing when the next stage ends in that beast of a mountain that is Anglirú.

Dammit Plaza. Stop sprinting for the non important mountain points and focus on the GC. A stage win in the TT could make up for missing the top10 overall though.

I dont understand the AI logic. Other riders are attacking, so lets relay rather than attack with them.

As expected Pozzovivo is performing according to his previous performances. He's never going to win anything but he always delivers consistent results which is what I need the most right now.
Just don't let Henao Montoya finish ahead of you god damn it!

Duarte hovering just outside the Top 10 - pity there are also so many good TT-ers in this race.
Cunego loses stats this year due to age I believe - if he becomes free with Bennati are there stats going to be tinkered with? |

Cunego's stats will decline only after 2 more seasons
So we know who's going to the Giro in 2012 and 2013 as well

Fuck you Castaño. Fuck you Samuel Sánchez! What a lame performance... I have Denifl away in the front all day, he doesn't want the mountain jersey. Castaño fucks away the same way that Contador did. It costs so many lame positions. God damnit!

For some reason I thought his stats were declining this year. Thought he was the same age as Valverde - just looked it up and there's a year between them in real life.
Am I right in saying Alejandro has another year without the decline? |
