Its a bit unlucky for Ben King and Taylor Phinney. They win the 2010 US Champs in September, and then the 2011 Champs are 3/4 months earlier in the year.
Yeah kinda sucks for them. Why did they change it? |

It makes sense to put it just after the Tour of California. All American teams are in good shape. |

Netherlands ITT:
1. Stef Clement (Rabobank)
2. Jens Mouris (Vacansoleil - DCM) 55"
3. Martijn Keizer (Vacansoleil - DCM 58"
4. Lieuwe Westra (Vacansoleil - DCM 59"
5. Joost Posthuma (Leopard - Trek) 01'00"
First victory for Clement after being injured for a long time. Also good result for neo-pro Keizer. Westra disappoints me though. |

Yeah, our local cycling club has a bigger podium ceremony than that.

Belgian riders from American teams will not be allowed to participate in the National Championships, because the US teams do not pay social dues/contribution. So no Ben Hermans, Seb. Rosseler (RadioShack) and Ghyselinck (HTC) in the ITT nor RoadRace - except if they decide to pay the social dues themselves. However, Hermans has already said he won't pay nor ride.
